Chef Mike SRQ Personal Chef and Catering services provides excellent food and service. Guests enjoy the Greek platter and charcuterie, while others savor a 4-course meal. The staff goes above and beyond to make everyone feel special and pampered. The entire experience, from presentation to taste, is fabulous. This is a highly recommended catering option for any event.
The team that prepared and served the food at the beach house was amazing. The chicken and Korean beef were delicious, and the family loved the flavors and toppings for the taco bar. Chef Mike and Pink Cloud Catering did an excellent job for Inspired Closets Sarasota's Opening Night, from passed hors d'oeuvres and champagne to helping with table, linen, and glass rentals, as well as bars and bartenders. Everyone was very helpful, attentive, and kind.
Chef Mike and his team were very responsive and helpful when delivering dinner to a dear friend and family at their rental home the night before a celebration of life. They accommodated last-minute requests for gluten/dairy-free options and maintained constant communication. The friend felt blessed to have the ease and comfort of a delicious meal for her family.
Recently, customers have praised the food and helpful staff. They worked closely to build a curated menu for their event and executed it perfectly, with plans to book again. The Taco party by Chef Keegan and Jessica was fantastic, featuring amazing food, fresh-made margaritas, guacamole, and chips—making the night very enjoyable. Jessica’s pleasant manner added to the experience, and they would definitely book again to make a night special.
Another highlight was a sushi making class led by Chef Kristin. Participants enjoyed making sushi, dumplings, spring rolls, and lo mein. The laid-back atmosphere, along with Kristin and her sous chefs' helpfulness, created a fun environment with lots of laughs, positive vibes, and delicious food. Many are planning to attend another class soon.
