Ordered on the way to the restaurant, never brougt it to my car, received notice thank you for the order, apparently they gave it to the wrong car. I asked for a credit and received it, but had to wait again! Salad was not fresh. .not a busy time either, not sure what happened

My daughter was very impressed with the service that yall provided. 9:45 p.m no faces nothing but smiles and was delighted to help us even though they were closing in 15 minutes.

It’s exists!! A totally crappy Chik-Fil-A! Every one I’ve ever been at, has been a wonderful experience - until THIS ONE. The staff were SO rude!! I asked for 2 wet wipes & the guy looked over to where they keep them (the drive thru window) and he said, “We don’t carry those anymore.” Uh…ok? So every single Chik-Fil-A carries them but you? How about, you’re too lazy to go get me some? I ask where I wait for my food & with great frustration, he hollers, “Over there!!” and points to a garbage can. Awesome. Some lady who is the clean up person shoves her way past me to throw out a bunch of stuff. I ask her where the napkins are (every Chik-Fil-A has a counter with “accessories” you may need). Without looking at me, she points in a vague direction & says, “Over there!” Her name is Olga, btw. As she is pointing to a line of people, I ask again. Now she is frustrated with me, as she says more forcefully, “OVER THERE!” This time she’s pointing to the front counter, where people are ordering. I tell her that I don’t see any napkins up there & now she has had it with me! She stomps up there and yells, “the people!” Okaaaaaay, so I need to ask THEM for some napkins. Got it. THIS Chik-Fil-A obviously is trying to save pennies, as they keep their stash behind the counter, with all the other “accessories.” This owner must be so tight, his wallet creaks as he opens it to expose cobwebs. I go back to the trash can, to wait for my food. I’m disappointed to find out that my waffle fries are so greasy they are soggy. I’ve NEVER had this happen before. Great. So now, along with the title of Worst Customer Service, they’ve somehow found a way to RUIN Chik-Fil-A’s awesome food.
Please, stay far away from this location, and go to ANY other Chik-Fil-A but this one. And if you decide you want crappy food + service and you go anyways, DO NOT ask Olga or any employee for any assistance!!

Whoever is managing this place should be fired in waited 30 minutes
I can order 1 thing and they will still find a way to forget something. Everytime I come it’s a problem and the line is so slow. I’m over it
This is an extremely nice Chick-fil-A. The shop is clean and you can tell the staff and owner take pride in their restaurant.

You can get chicken here. And waffles fries. That's pretty much all they do, and they do it pretty well. They'll fry it for you or heat up the grilled chicken bites- they'll even throw it on a salad if you want. Eventually, even you will get through the drive thru line. Or you can eat inside if there's enough room. There's so many people in there. I recommend getting the sauce

After normally visiting this chick fil-a, I strolled in on my electric bike to come and grab a chicken sandwich. Parked it in a corner away from tables, it doesn’t fit in the bike rakc as it is oversized. I parked it to watch it and eat next to it, anyhow as I walk in I get charged by 2 employees. Portrayed themselves as managers with one of the nastiest unprofessional attitudes as I’m on the phone. “Yo, you can’t park your bike there next to where you’re going to eat, Absolutley not. & and I can’t have this here. Park it in the racks. I’m a pretty nice and straightforward guy, but when a company with such a good customer service record allows employees to act so unprofessional, it defers my business. A polite request would have made the difference, but that’s nonexistent, so I decided to eat elsewhere. Extremely not okay. Especially for chick fil a’s customer service pledge.

This guy Nathan was insulting to my daughter while we were taking the order. “Did the cat get your tongue” in an irritated demeanor is not an appropriate way to speak to any client.
