I was clear in what I wanted, this is my closet chick fil a. I drove 20 mins to redeem my points, when I got home I receive nuggets instead of my 4 chicken minis, I didn’t receive my order or hashbrowns that I asked for, instead of my chicken biscuit they gave me a sausage biscuit . My whole order was wrong! It was really disappointing realizing that it was not what I asked for. Please do better taking orders or bagging the food

Went through drive through for some breakfast and asked for a side of whipped cream (I like to dip my hashbrowns in whipped cream kinda like fries in a milkshake), when I pulled up to the window they saw my dog in the backseat and said oh we don’t do pup cups and I said the whipped cream is for me not the puppy. I continued to say how the whipped cream was for me not for the dog and was told that her manager was there so she couldn’t give me the whipped cream that I had ordered. Then told me dunkin is across the street. In addition to the unfriendly staff, the food I had ordered was cold. I usually go to this Chick-fil-A and NEVER had this issue before, very disappointed in the staff today.
I was extremely disappointed with my recent visit to the Chick-fil-A on Clark Road in Sarasota. When I received my drink, I discovered flies inside it, which is completely unacceptable and unhygienic. I have already contacted the health department to report this issue. This level of carelessness is very concerning, and I expect the management to take this seriously and address it immediately. I hope they take steps to ensure this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

I ordered a breakfast catering meal for pick up *scheduled* at 8:45am, and was there at that time to pick it up, but still had to wait over 15min for it to be ready and was subsequently late for work. It doesn’t seem terribly busy either. I’ve also been told by multiple people that this location is particularly known for being slow. Just know that before you order from this location.
