I go to this location for breakfast probably at least 2-3 times every week and everytime I come here it is a great experience. The food is always good and the employees are always so nice and helpful
Five stars for the little dude working tonight, his manager, gets one star. I had ordered a large fry and accidentally got a small. When i handed it back, this manager started screaming towards him “THROW IT AWAY. THROW IT AWAY.” While in front of me and my friends, how rude is that? This guy was so young. Management should definitely be more patient with their young employees.

This Chick-fil-A seems to cook their waffle fries a little more than most, which is a VERY good thing. They are completely done and not raw! Good job. The restaurant appears to always be clean and definitely courteous. With the playroom, it seems that there are a lot of families that visit this location. We were there a week before Christmas and they had Santa Claus and Mrs. Claus on a sofa greeting kids and handy out mini cows. The Sarasota location is very well managed. Keep up the good work!
