This Chick-fil-A seems to cook their waffle fries a little more than most, which is a VERY good thing. They are completely done and not raw! Good job. The restaurant appears to always be clean and definitely courteous. With the playroom, it seems that there are a lot of families that visit this location. We were there a week before Christmas and they had Santa Claus and Mrs. Claus on a sofa greeting kids and handy out mini cows. The Sarasota location is very well managed. Keep up the good work!

I'm giving this chick filet a once I review do to their ridiculous parking lot. Over half the spaces, our specialty signed 4 specific types of parking. So you only have about ten actual parking spots.

The chicken nuggets and chicken strips were TOO SALTY!! Also we do not like the waffle fries. The mentally challenged workers were so sweet and helpful.

The burgers were so good the chikfila sauce is very tasty I just wish it wasn’t only open on Sunday the Valet parking was horrid I left my car and some welsh man took it he said he needed it to go to apple bees and then I got a haircut at sports clips they gave me a FRESH cut and they lined up my armpit hair. Free curcumstision they put a towel on me and then the welsh guy came back and gave me the car. Once it was gone, a rabied dog came into the sports clips and started SMELLING it. Never in my life have I been more repulsed. He was there for 3 minutes and even started LICKING IT.

He’s quick to ask if we want anything and he gets to EVERYONE, he’s very fast. Good service fr.

I went there with my husband while we were waiting on a car to be ready to pick up. My most amazing and welcoming experience with any fast food is with this location. Susie who took my order great us with a warm smile and was patient. The manager whom I unfortunately don’t recall the name came to our table and offer to pick up our trash and send the one and only Michael to bring us water. Michael, we love your personality! You make such a difference in a good way!!! That was a royal service and thank you so much for a moment like this! Make my week!
