I ordered just lo mein noodles and he told me 18 minutes and I said umm and he goes OK 10 minutes and I said OK thank you and they hung up the phone, waited 12 minutes and walked inside just for this man to have food all in his mouth spitting in my face telling me he didn’t make my order at all, very unprofessional, very disgusting, very disrespectful. Don’t recommend

I had a large carryout order for a staff party and ordered 48 hours in advance. I spoke with the manager by phone due to a language barrier and was able to have my large order with special requests translated to the cooks. I did pay a deposit which was deducted from final payment. All the food was ready on time, staff were helpful and they helped put all the food in the vehicle. The food was Fantastic and Fresh!!! I recommend them for carry-out any time!

I was hesitant to eat here because of the negative reviews, but I'm ecstatic to say that the food was phenomenal. I ordered shrimp lo mein with an egg roll and it left me wanting more. I usually eat at a another Chinese restaurant down the street, and I don't think I'll ever go back to that one after tonight. The egg roll was bigger, the shrimp lo mein tasted real and delicious. 10/10.
I couldn't get anything lower than a star customer service sucks atmosphere was dirty hot and disgusting people were rude and didn't get me my right order and then when the bag fell they didn't fix it or make me new food don't ever ever go there they're a waste of money rude they don't belong in business let's get them shut down they think they're better than everybody and their food is trash

I bought the beef chyoke and the meat was soft and chewy and pink. I got a bacterial infection in my stomach. Bad food , bad service, dirty restaurant and the white rice was one big ball of sticky, pasty something ewwwwww never again will I eat there.

The man on the couch mentioned a few times was a boy not a man and he suffers from autism. My heart goes out to him. I experienced as others similar from The Young early 20 something female who takes the orders. She is constantly on the phone and very standoffish not friendly at all. The food is typical franchise fare . The egg rolls suck anybody tell you any different is a hack. The best things on the menu in my humble opinion are the garlic wings and the garlic shrimp. Shrimp lo mein is not bad at all. One of the best things I can say about this place is that I did not observe any cat carcasses hanging in the kitchen. Bon appetit.
