Unreal $20 for a burrito delivered and half of it has no chicken??? I well never spend another dollar here

Takeout order placed via app was ready 30 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. Impossible to cancel order. Apparently if you are a delivery driver and walk up to the person working takeout, she’ll bump your order up ahead of everyone else. Absolutely MISERABLE experience that was pretty much the last straw for Chipotle for me.
Oh and when I told her the name on my order, and that I’d been waiting, she still put two people ahead of me. Super dope.

I have been to probably 100 different chipotles and have had probably 1,000 burritos and without out a question this is the worst ran chipotle by far! It took me an hour to get a burrito! It would be different if I saw the workers were busting their ass but no. All of them not a care in the world. No one cares that Timmy didn’t show up for work, get a grip and work!

I do not think I will come back to this location. Staff did not look like they were even there. The guy at the register took over making my burrito and it was a complete mess. Did not know how to close and roll the burrito at all. Got home tried to eat it and we'll made my own bowl. My sons bowl he also added the toppings and was basically all lettuce! If I wanted to pay $12 for a bowl of little meat and rice and all lettuce I could of made it at home. Then he steps away took his gloves off, came back and put the lid on my son bowl with NO gloves on!!!! I think they need to be retrained or need some new staff. My son went to get his drink and no lids...so safe to say we will be going to the UTC location.

A very crowded place. As is typical in almost all chipotles. The person who served us was a little rude. He was in a hurry. I was with my girls and I could hardly ask for anything for them because of his attitude. I got upset and left. The place was very dirty. We had to clean all the dirty tables before sitting down. That's also the fault of the people who ate previously who left filth everywhere. The food was not hot. It was cold. And it's not the best. I have eaten at many chipotles and this one for me has been the worst of all. I don't recommend it

Three managers standing around in the back meanwhile there is a line to the door and one server on the line covering both the register and making the food. She’s touching money with her gloves on and going back and forth while managers do nothing to help her. This location never ceases to amaze me in how poor the quality is of their customer service.
2pm on a Sunday afternoon. 13 people standing in line, tables are dirty. 7 people working, 1 person helping customers. Remind me not to come back here.

What is going on at the Sarasota locations?? Every single one is absolutely filthy every time I step in to one. I would t go back if it wasn’t for my kids wanting to eat there. Tonight we went to the Fruitville location. 12 employees and only 8 were working, 4 were standing around, getting sodas and chatting with co workers while every table was filthy, the line was filthy and nothing was stocked at the soda bar. Then, to make things worse, as we approached the counter to order the guy doing the toppings scratched his hair 2 times with his gloves on and then reaches for the cheese and lettuce!! Disgusting. I finally asked to speak with a manager, whom I assumed was a trainee bc she was standing around, answering her phone and doing nothing! When I complained about them standing around with a filthy restaurant she said something about how they can’t move from their location bc of a shift change or something g like that. Complete BS!!! I wouldn’t even eat there it was so dirty. I have been to all 3 locations here and every single one looks like that at all hrs of the day. What is happening?? Chipotle used to be so good. Not anymore! Hopefully the general public figures out how dirty it is and the prophets start dropping. Maybe then corporate will pay attention!

This place should be shut down by the health department. Waited over 30 minutes in line before being served. Half the staff wasn’t even working. Then when I stepped up to be served I saw how truly filthy this place is. The grill that the guy was pulling chicken from looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. All of the food items looked like they had been sitting out and not held at the proper temperature. I was concerned for my health so I decided not to eat it. I already have low expectations when it comes to chipotle, but this was atrocious and disgusting.

My wife and i frequent this location once a week or so however, they always seem to be out of food and have to wait for it to be finished cooking. this time, we waited in line for 20 minutes to hear that they were out of chicken, then when we were told we could get back in line for the chicken, they were out of rice, having to wait again. We will be switching to going to another Chipotle farther away in the future as this location can not seem to handle the volume they are receiving, as it will be shorter time spent in the long run driving to an alternative less convenient location.

Looking for Mexican style food to eat that’s similar to fast food flow. Chipotle came to mind. Let’s start with customer service: this Monday afternoon team was completely out of it, non existent customer, with exception to the only lady there. Quite disappointed. The replenishment of food was lacking. They were running g low on a lot of food. I had to ask to fresh rice, lettuce, and meat. The lady was nice about it all. Which I appreciate. The lady who serviced us, did good with the portion of food. Enough to save as left overs. We got a bottle of Mexican coke and sprite and apple juice. The place was not clean but super dirty. The floor near the women’s restroom had a pool of water. High hazard/ liability risk. The bench seating areas had rice on it. There’s room for improvement with the personality and providing intentional service to paying customers. That’s my “in put” from my experience.
