We stopped while visiting Sarasota. Food was good.
🌟 This review is to give a shout out to Jacob
The chicken was emptied just as we got up to order. We waited approximately 6 minutes for a new batch of chicken to get done. While observing the operation as we waited , we couldn’t help but notice Jacob giving it his Best Effort in all areas from fixing bowls & burritos to running the cash register and always having a smile on his face. Very polite and courteous!

It has a nice design, food was nice and the service was nice! Specifically, Jacob. So friendly, kind and helpful. He's the reason people come back again.

Staff are rude and they're almost always out of so many items. Pick another Chipotle, or even somewhere else altogether.
Staff Julani so rude and very unprofessional please have chuck on at all times please and thanks

Dirtiest Chipotle in Sarasota County…🤮
Also don’t order online… they are extremely challenged at this location.
Probably need a help wanted looking for new Manager sign… 😉

Barely edible today. I get it...cilantro lime rice, but there was no taste of rice. No taste of cilantro. Just tasted like licking a lime. The carne asada was beyond well done and to the point of chalky. Missing items from kids meals-I noticed and corrected one mistake, but didnt notice the missing tortillas on the kids taco kit. One of the kids bag of chips was one octopus glob of chips, no excuse to not be noticed! Also incorrect portions, but thats pretty typical of Chipotle and I can let go normally, but all the mistakes for a $70 meal (3 kids meals, guac/chips, large drink, 3 bowls) is just a bit too much to keep quiet about. Luckily-this is not my normal chipotls. Sorry to all y'all locals that don't have a choice! Oh-lovely-my son just found a hair in his rice 🤮. I didnt rate atmosphere because we didnt stay, but I will say one of the ladies seemed to be struggling understanding English and didnt make the bowl correctly. Speak whatever language you would like, but if you need to take instructions making people's food it is pretty important to understand their language 😬

Fire everybody, except the short guy who works evening (wish I knew his name)
I wish I could give zero stars. Every time we come here, we end up turning around and leaving because the experience is consistently terrible. There always seems to be only one guy actually working (EVER). It’s unbelievable to watch one person try to prepare food and handle everything else while the line barely moves. This is supposed to be fast food, yet people are waiting 40 minutes.
On top of that, the store is consistently dirty and poorly maintained. It feels like management isn’t supporting their staff or paying attention to basic operations. Simply having two additional employees per shift would dramatically improve wait times and overall service.
This location needs serious staffing and cleaning improvements. Until then, it’s not worth the frustration…
Lady was rude and absolutely not friendly.. whole staff wasn’t saying a word and inside was dirty

I found a foreign object in my food while dining at the restaurant.
When I notified the manager he told me that there was no way that came from the food.

I’m really impressed with Tyler. He went above and beyond answering my questions and treated the job like he cared. I own a business and Tyler has great potential.

I’ve eaten at many different Chipotle locations, including in several states, and I’ve never seen one as messy and unorganized as this one. At 7 PM, they were completely out of fajita mix, the mixed lemonades were empty, and the entire area was extremely messy. I wanted lemonade, and since the other dispensers were empty, I tried getting some from the fountain machine—only to find out it was just water with no lemonade. I informed the cashier, and she simply said she would let her manager know. I don’t drink soda, so I waited, and after 10 minutes it was clear no one was coming to fix or refill the lemonade. WORST Chipotle EVER!

This is the third time over the few times that I’ve ordered that I had to through my food right in the garbage. The carnitas was burt so bad I couldn’t eat it. It was as if there was a fire in the oven and everything had such a bad burn flavor.

Sitting outside, with 20 other people, at 11:10 AM, because they won’t open the doors. Even tho they say they open at 10:45 AM. Also, the slowest Chipotle I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to 100’s.

How does a Chipotle location run out of ALL meats on a Friday night? Very slow service, no one has a sense of urgency, clearly prioritizing online orders over in store customers. Line/serving area was very dirty, they were out of ALL meats on the in-store line yet still filling online orders on that line. Finally a batch of steak came out so went with that. Tables not clean, drink area dirty, definitely not what I expect when visiting a Chipotle.
