I love Chipotle. The down side of it is how unreliable the quality will be . I sent my boyfriend in to order because when you order in advance the quality is usually poor and I'd you order delivery the same.Unfortunately the same happened and it was a simple issue that could have been prevented . My boyfriend came home with my "salad". It had maybe 3 pieces of lettuce and it was basically soup. If the beans, the tomato, and such are not drained before putting on the food you end up with all liquid. I had to drain it before eating , as well as add some lettuce so my salad was actually a salad . Just small things make a difference .

I just left a crazy rush, and the staff were absolutely amazing. They were out of some options and the tables were dirty, but that was not from lack of trying from the staff. They were all working incredibly hard with what they had and should all be appreciated for it.

Ordered online before 9pm, got my order and got all of the way home to find out both mine and my fiancés orders were completely incorrect. His didn’t even have meat on it even though he paid for double chicken. Mine had stuff on it I didn’t order. So we brought it back and they remade it, but it’s not even hot my entire bowl is cold.
