Not sure what is going on but this place is NOT what it used to be. Food is only average now and service poor. Quantity is much less too. Not going to be my go to place anymore. Hope CEO looks at these things if the want to compete.

The guy that was making my bowl was pushy, impatient and brash and there was no one behind me. I'm not an avid Chipotle goer and I definitely won't be one after this experience. $18 later I had a mediocre lunch. Meh.

Not very busy when we stopped by for a quick bite before the fireworks at the mall for the holidays. The brisket was definitely dry and chewy which was disappointing because they recommended it. The wife’s chicken wasn’t just dry but had chunks that were straight up burnt.
The men’s room had an out of order sign on the door and the ladies room had a quickly printed sign on it that said unisex. Watched a few ladies walk away and not use it as guys were walking out of there.
The restaurant was very dirty and with all the staff standing around doing basically nothing they could have at least had someone come out and wipe down the tables and clean up around the beverage area.
That’s why we usually stick to Moe’s. This is one guy who won’t be back.

The lady skip me & took the order of the guy next to me & gave him extra chicken. When I called her attention coz she’s trying to get the order of the other person again I finally said “excuse me pls I’m ready” so she took my order & only put half a scoop of chicken in my bowl & another 1/2 a scoop of sofritas in another bowl. The next server was nice enough & noticed what she did & put another 1/2 scoop chicken on one of the bowl. Never going back😡😡😡
