Food was delicious. Very comfortable seating and staff was very pleasant.

Waaaaaaaaay better then going to a regular movie theater.

Nice place, but unprofessionally run. Their movie posters outside and inside are always out of date and movie times are never posted in time. Food also taste frozen / freezer burnt from my experience. Might be in need of new management.

I love this place, until today.
The last time I was here, I noticed that the side speakers going up to the back of the theater were not turned on, or just turn down extremely low.
I went to the self, serve kiosk and asked them to adjust the volume on the speakers and when I sat back down, the sound was immediately improved.And perfect.
We had a wonderful time.
Tonight I asked for the same thing, only the sound in the front of the theater was turned on.
Twice.
I have no problem blowing a couple hundred bucks on a movie.If it's better than home, but in this case, no one was honest with me that either the speakers were not working, or that they had been and instructed not to turn them on.
No harm no foul, I won't be back.
On our way out of the theater, about fifteen minutes in from the start of the movie, i was given no assumption that someone would go in and check to see if what I was explaining was actually happening... which is absurd if I were managing a business.

No refund was offered, or credit for another movie, not that I was asking for one.

FYI- i asked my date to confirm that I wasn't hearing things incorrectly, mutiple times.

Drinks are great though...If you order them at the bar

The best place ever.
They serve you at your reclining chair in the theater!!! Full bar. Wagyu sliders were exceptional and the chicken BLT.
Kind of high price.

this place had $6 super tuesday seats now its almost $10. Too bad as it's a nice place.

We’ve been coming to the Sarasota Cinebistro since it opened. It’s time for an update. The chairs are worn out and not comfortable anymore. They should be replaced, especially for the price you pay for a ticket. This should be addressed

I’m sitting in the theater when the lights and movie stopped. They claim it was a power surge. Ok, I get it these things happen. But then it takes them 35 minutes for the screen to illuminate. Then they can’t find the place in the film where it was prior to the surge. All along no one is letting us know what is going on. The communication is terrible and now we are watching the same section of the film we already saw before the surge.

I asked for a credit and they gave me a voucher. But, to use the voucher we need to physically come in and get our tickets. Most films are sold out in advance so this means the only show I can watch with these vouchers are shows no one really wants to see. What a mess this place is - such poor management. Next time I go to the theatre downtown Sarasota.
