We came to CMX Regal specifically to see a kids’ movie that was clearly listed on their website and Google. When we arrived, it wasn’t playing. No notice online, no update at the theater, no explanation from staff. Just disappointed families and upset kids who were excited for nothing. This is blatant false advertising and a complete failure in customer service. If CMX Regal can’t bother to keep their movie listings accurate, they shouldn’t be posting them at all. Total waste of time — we won’t be coming back.

Have not been to this place in years. After reading some of the reviews I went in with low expectations. Please disregard all the naysayers this place is even better than before. Drinks were great. Staff was amazing. Server Jose was fantastic! Food was delicious. Seats are very comfy and everything has been updated. Not only do I recommend this place, we can’t wait to go back.

Went tonight to see Superman. The theatre is great but they need to adjust the thermostat. Usually, theatres are cold but it was straight up HOT in there. Like, uncomfortably hot. Even my son, who is always cold, was sweating!

They don’t honor there posted admission price. They charged $14.97 for each ticket including for 7-9 year olds when they post $9. Also no seniors discount even though it is posted. Food was expensive and everyone is looking for a tip.

I wish I could give this a zero. I would definitely give their corporate offices a zero. I purchased multiple tickets for their Met in HD series last year. Midway through the year they changed their systems, and I was unable access my account to make changes. Long story short, there is absolutely no customer service with this entire organization. I tried to change a date - my account could not be accessed. I went to the theater and they could do nothing because I had purchased the ticket before the system changed. I contacted corporate and after multiple email exchanges, we are back were we started months ago - nothing can be done. This added to two occasions where the broadcast from New York failed leaves me wondering what is going on over there.

We enjoy watching movies at this theater and will be back in the future. The food is great.

However, the cleanliness seems to be hit or miss. A couple of months ago, we had to say something to the staff as my seat was covered with crumbs from the previous showing. I felt very embarrassed to say something but Julia made me feel at ease about the whole situation and she cleaned my seat for me.

Last night we visited the theater again. The seats appeared to be cleaned this time. A server immediately came by to take our order but we needed a few minutes to look over the menu. The server never came back. We could see her standing in the hallway doing nothing. Not sure why she just stopped taking orders or didn't want to check on us again. Thankfully, Julia was going row to row taking orders and got ours in just as the lights were turning down. She seems like the MVP of the server staff. Thanks again, Julia!

I left this place with a very unpleasant feeling. At the entrance, I was told I couldn’t come in because I had a printed ticket — it had to be on a phone. (Then why even offer a print option online?) I had to go back to my wife, get her phone, verify the ticket with another staff member, and return again. Totally unnecessary hassle.
I didn’t order food because I remembered from a visit two years ago that it wasn’t good. They don’t have a real kitchen — just heat up pre-made items. I got a cappuccino instead, which came without milk or sugar, just some powdery foam.
The popcorn was the only thing that was actually good.
At the end, the bill had a 20% tip automatically added. No wonder the staff were indifferent or even rude — the tip was guaranteed.
Of course, with all of this, I wouldn’t have given them 20% — but it was too late. They knew I couldn’t.

Came with friends to watch F-1. The experience was great and the seats are so comfortable! The food was good, we ordered a steak and a chicken sandwich, as well as some appetizers and a cocktail. Everything was just very overpriced, but I think you’re mostly paying for the experience

This was our first visit to this Cinebistro location (been once to Tampa/Hyde Park) a few years back. Overall a great experience. The food was good and fresh - cost is fairly high and they automatically add 19% gratuity to your bill up front, but for the standard of food it matches the cost. Just know this is not a cheap experience. This is also a unique experience, not like just attending any movie anywhere, so the cost of the food and ticket ($45 including tax for the two of us) is part of the whole package. For two the total was $100+ to do this and we chose the cheap end of the scale from the menu (sliders meal with water to drink).

The whole cinema is clean, although the faucets were wobbly in the men’s restroom and rolls of paper towels sitting out getting wet. I sensed a little bit of a ‘stale carpet’ odor inside. This is not something I would do every time I went to the movies, but again for the unique experience it was pretty good.

I went to herewith my wife to see the new Superman movie and this is now my favorite movie theater. Excellent atmosphere with great service, excellent sound system and great quality video for the screen

Love the big reclining seats and over 21 policy after 7pm. Food is ridiculously expensive so we eat before and get treats or popcorn there. But only being able to buy tickets and seats online is tough. Website is terrible. Have to sign in repeatedly for one transaction. Got a voucher email for my bday and it wouldn’t work online. Could not reach anyone by phone to help me. If I waited to go to the theater there was no way to guarantee we’d get a seat.
