Doordasher here. Always a long line. They hire young kids who can't communicate. There will be 4 people working in the back and no one will communicate to the long line of people how long until they can be helped. Terrible customer service. No manager on site.

Horrible customer service. Skinny tall guy is inconsiderate. They don't have stock of ready-made boxes so they charge you more.
Wanted to buy 4 fresh at 7 was told I couldn’t had to buy from the rack that was baked in the morning. Told corporate doesn’t allow to buy 4 box fresh. Server actually said he would lose his job if he did. Insane!!!!!

I’m not sure why this place is rated so low… here I am 30 miles away crying that there’s not a closer Cinnabon near me… took a drive to UTC twice just for the rolls.Edit: ah, the service. Well, I’ve only been there twice and it was fine. And I also go there to buy the premade 6 paks (I like 30 miles away).

I agree, this store will ruin their reputation! I was there a little after 11:00 and was ignored. Finally called out and asked if they were open and they said yes. So they do open at 11:00 but are just starting the baking process and have nothing available so don't even bother to go before 11:30 or so. The buns were great once we finally got them! Guy working the register was very nice.
