Wanted to buy 4 fresh at 7 was told I couldn’t had to buy from the rack that was baked in the morning. Told corporate doesn’t allow to buy 4 box fresh. Server actually said he would lose his job if he did. Insane!!!!!

I’m not sure why this place is rated so low… here I am 30 miles away crying that there’s not a closer Cinnabon near me… took a drive to UTC twice just for the rolls.Edit: ah, the service. Well, I’ve only been there twice and it was fine. And I also go there to buy the premade 6 paks (I like 30 miles away).

I agree, this store will ruin their reputation! I was there a little after 11:00 and was ignored. Finally called out and asked if they were open and they said yes. So they do open at 11:00 but are just starting the baking process and have nothing available so don't even bother to go before 11:30 or so. The buns were great once we finally got them! Guy working the register was very nice.

The other day I was in line at the Cinnabon when I it was my turn to order the guy was at cashier raise he head , he was like you need to be in the line , and I told him I was in line , he dident belive me and ask the person in the back very rude, was him in front of you , and the lady say yes he was , then I told him you need to apologize to me stil looking down he dident say a word , if you wanna know what's going on around you work with you head up and you see what's around you ,isted he had a hat cover his eyes like a horse in the race and dont see what's in front of him what a shameless this new generation very bad attitude and rudeness learn how to live boy!!!!!!????

Horrible customer service. Skinny tall guy is inconsiderate. They don't have stock of ready-made boxes so they charge you more.
