This particular store has a great staff. Very efficient and the food order was done perfectly as ordered.

Really rude employees and bad service disappointing

First couple of times I ordered here, loved it. Since then, it’s been super inconsistent on whether or not you even get a quality bagel. Ordered an all nighter and a blueberry muffin this morning and got a disgusting wheat blueberry bagel with eggs and sausage and no muffin. The people that work here are always rude every time I come in so I’ve started ordering via DoorDash to avoid their staff. They always get my name wrong and are rude when I have tried to confirm if it is in fact MY order and not someone else’s. The all nighter used to be my favorite breakfast sandwich but the last several times I’ve tried to order from here, the food is ok at best. Super disappointed and honestly disgusted at what I received today. I hope they get friendlier, more attentive staff but I will never be eating here again. For context- the last 5-7 times I’ve ordered from here, it’s been gross. My eggs have come several times with green spots all over them. Not edible. Disgusting.

I went in, at noon, on a Sunday. I ordered the Nova Lox Brunch special - Nova Lox Sandwich, hash browns and a muffin. Show the item to the guy at the counter, from my phone.
Was charged for the special.
Got home to find just the lox sandwich - no hash browns (sorry dogs) and no Muffin. Attempt to contact the store - no luck. So, I hit their Customer service instead.

Reading the other reviews, I guess I should have gone a block down the road, to the Mom and Pop Bagel place instead.

Talk about a HORRIBLE first impression - of the location and the chain over all.

My wife order a 2 dozed a Bagel. They charge $54.96 . When I tried to call nobody answered. We can’t even leave a voicemail. Very bad experience . I never recommend this place or go there again.

I ordered my bagel with no smear. And that did not happen. Then ordered the potato thing and it taste burnt.

I walked into Einstein Brothers and asked The person at the counter if they had bialys. The look on her face could have sunk a thousand bagels, as she asked me what a bialy was. When I explained it in simple terms she looked at me like I was from outer space and said I've never heard of those. That said, Even though Einstein's don't carry bialys, they should educate their counter people a little more thoroughly.

This is my third time coming here where they gave me totally different bagels then what I ordered. Assuming it’s because they did not have the bagels I wanted, if that’s the case, the whole reason I give my contact info is just for fun then? They have my number where they could quickly access me and ask if I wanted a different flavor and avoid wasting their products and my money! I had already left because the receipt was on the bag and said what I wanted, they gave me 2 plain bagels when I wanted 2 onion. So clearly they did not have the ones I wanted. Which is totally fine, I get it, they’re busy and I guess 10am is too late, but I was also standing in the lobby waiting for my order and they never once greeted me or if they clearly saw they did not have what I wanted, they could have asked for who I was waiting for, and I could have known before they even made the bagels, that they didn’t have what I ordered, and I would have simply just asked for my money back, not been upset, and go about my day. But this is super inconvenient and very disappointing! Will NOT be coming here again. Wasted accumulatively $30 now!

$18 for 13 Bagels seemed pricey but after I selected them and did the transaction I gave my credit card it turned out it was $25. That doesn't make sense? Well because seven of the bagels I picked were 80 cents additionally but nobody mentioned to tell me anything about it until I got my receipt. I guess that's why it's called Einstein's! Won't be back.
