Einstein Bros. Bagels

Not a New York bagel. Diff than other Einstein bagels or maybe they have all changed over the years. Just doesn’t seem as good. They were good, better than any grocery store bagel, but not amazing, not great, just pretty good. No way are they made there- you can’t go at 5:30 am and tell me you just baked them when none are warm and there is no smell of baking bagels. Why does everyone feel they need to lie?? They do have a nice 6 bagel & 13 bagel deal with cream cheeses that is nice to bring someplace to start the day with a treat.

We love the bagels here. James and the staff try very hard to accommodate the busy crowd. The food keeps us coming back along with the convenient location. The interior could use an upgrade. Bench cushions are pretty worn out and the rug looks old too. This isn't going to stop us from stopping in.

It changed. They offered visual choices behind glass to help tempt you to buy items that you wouldn't normally buy. Larger items like begals n lox cam in a easy to manage box. Ppl don't seem happy and interaction is low. I ordered a everything begal w/;lox extra capers and the portion of capers n onion was wrapped in a brown wax paper. I also think the lox brand changed as it didn't taste as smoky. I said dine in but I still got it in a bag so I can tell you I think I'll try Buddy's begals a quarter mile up road instead. This place went downhill fast

Best bagel shop I have ever experienced! Food was FRESH and made to order, staff exceeded expectations by being beyond friendly and helpful. Restaurant itself was very clean and had a cool aesthetic.

The store was spacious and very clean. It wasn’t too busy, but there were a few people already eating and ordering. The cashier was very friendly, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the old man making the drinks seemed to be in a bad mood—slamming drinks down and mumbling so much that multiple customers had to ask if the drinks were theirs.

When I finally got mine, it had caramel running all down the side of the cup, which I didn’t notice until it ended up all over my shirt. Definitely something that needs improvement.
