For the first time, I ordered from their website online. I got Sesame bagels, Hash Browns with Cheese bagels, Garden Veggie Shmear (cream cheese) tub & Strawberry Cream pastry. The Sesame bagels with Garden Veggie Shmear & Strawberry Cream pastry were DELICIOUS!I first had a few problems ordering online & had to call to ask how to get delivery. The gentleman who answered the phone put me on a brief hold. Then, gave me a name & number for delivery which only led me to a voicemail. So I tried again on the website where they give you 2 delivery companies to choose from: Uber Eats & Door Dash. I chose Uber Eats. Unfortunately, their menu didn't include 2 different bagels I really wanted from the Einstein menu: Poppy & Apple Cinnamon Gourmet Bagel.Delivery took less than half an hour. Everything was packed well. The Veggie tub (7.5 oz.) didn't look like it was going to last long enough & was a bit expensive. But when I finally tasted it on my toasted bagels, I was immediately hooked!I'm thrilled with Einstein & their bagels. I've downloaded their app & signed up as a member since I'll be a repeat customer. I was devastated when Panera messed up their first 2 deliveries to me. I decided to ditch Panera for good & thankfully Einstein Bagels has taken their place. They've excelled with their wonderful food, customer service & overall super quality!Vegetarian options: Most of their vegetarian options seem to be the bagels & pastries. A lot of their sandwiches have some meat products. I do wish though Einstein would have some completely Vegan options.

I went to get a dozen bagels the other day. The service was great, but I wish the cashier asked me if I wanted them cut, which I did. Next time, I'll ask. The bagel recipe changed a little, they were much lighter in weight than the last time.

Einstein Bros bagels are not as good as they used to be, not just at this location but at others too. I wonder if the recipe changed when they were taken over by Panera. They are ok, it’s just that they used to taste a lot better. Coffee was good. Also, it’s a minor thing but how can you have a place to eat and not have any salt and pepper?!!! They said they can’t get any from their supplier! Super ridiculous!

I went in just to try it because a friend recommended i go. The food is so good! There were a lot of people there but the service was really quick so that was a plus for me. They also have a pretty cool deal where if you do the survey on the receipt you get some free bagels! It's in a good spot where you can just quickly stop off on your way to work so it's perfect for that quick bite before you start your day.

I just came here with my son who’s been wanting to eat at Einstein Bros Bagels for months . Today we finally had the opportunity to and sadly it was disappointing. First we asked for two all nighters but one with no aioli . We get it and one had it . I approached the lady with the red hair making sandwiches and she looked at me all weird . Even the way she took the sandwich was like she was a bit annoyed that I sent the sandwich back .She told me it would take a while . Then when she remade it , the inside so burnt that it was mostly charred. I went to the cashier who was really nice and apologized. They made it for a 3 rd time and finally it was correct . This was far from what we both expected . The customer shouldn’t be treated as if it was their fault that someone put an order in incorrectly.

We loved the outlet in Tampa but this one in Sarasota was awful. We were served coffee barely Luke warm which they reheated. Our avocado veg bagels looked like they were thrown together in great hurry. The avocado was hard to find. I would have preferred a different shmear but it was not offered. It was not cut in portions so was very difficult to eat. The cheap plastic cutlery broke immediately. Throughout our stay a vacuum cleaner was in use around the tables a chairs were being stacked on the empty tables. We did not feel welcome at all.

Incompetent, rude and boneheaded customer service. ZERO customer service skills. I’m nice to working, but the tall elderly imbecile cashier needs to be educated that he is living in 2023 NOT 1943…Get my point? Shame that a place that has quality food has these type employed that are ruining the brand with terrible customer service.
Employees were less than friendly. Not a good reflection on a good establishment.
