Close before 10 means if people come in the door you should serve them. Drove all the way over here 20 min before close only to be told I can't even buy a prepared pint

Just want to shout out to Viviana for the wonderful service! I have celiac so it’s always a struggle to eat out but not here. Even though it was a busy the minute I told her I had a gluten allergy she knew exactly what to do. Viviana was super careful about not cross contaminating while still informing me that they can’t guarantee 100% gluten free which I completely understand. Just want to say thank you so much!! On behalf of people with allergies we really appreciate people like you!!

Cold stone never disappoints. We loved it so much we came twice on vacation! I recommend the German chocolate cake or anything with peanut butter!

Went in after a movie had no cones didn’t offer to make any my wife had hers in a cup and counters filthy with ice cream floor with ice cream totally unsatisfactory and unsanitary conditions . My wife threw hers in the trash outside because of how dirty it was I will be calling the Sarasota county health department tomorrow

Ice cream was great but the service was terrible. Unfortunately only 2 people working Saturday night. I understand people don’t want to work and I didn’t mind the wait. My 2 star rating is because of the bad attitude and lack of urgency Prescila gave us. I don’t complain often but she did not pass the vibe check.

Stopped in at Cold Stone Creamery as a treat for my son since the location was slow and no one else was in the shop. The staff was very friendly and energetic. I felt that the ice cream and toppings were not mixed together like they usually do. All the toppings were stuck more in the middle. It was still delicious but was not your typical creamy blend. One team member mixed mine and the other mixed my son's and both had the same issue.
Ice cream was pretty good no complaints, but there was all kinds of people in line and there was only one employee working so it took me quite some time to get my ice cream
