Just want to shout out to Viviana for the wonderful service! I have celiac so it’s always a struggle to eat out but not here. Even though it was a busy the minute I told her I had a gluten allergy she knew exactly what to do. Viviana was super careful about not cross contaminating while still informing me that they can’t guarantee 100% gluten free which I completely understand. Just want to say thank you so much!! Fantastic service thanks to Stephen! I just wanted to thank him for writing on the birthday cake and making ice creams for my sister He was very sweet and helpful with picking the specific cake, it made her day. Thank you Stephen for making my sisters special day extra special!
Stopped in at Cold Stone Creamery as a treat for my son since the location was slow and no one else was in the shop. The staff was very friendly and energetic. I felt that the ice cream and toppings were not mixed together like they usually do. All the toppings were stuck more in the middle. It was still delicious but was not your typical creamy blend. One team member mixed mine and the other mixed my son's and both had the same issue.
