Cold Stone Creamery

Delicious ice cream it reminded me of when I was a kid. My friend and I will be coming back to get ice cream here again once all the construction to the mall is done. The young woman with glasses I think was in charge reminded me that I shouldn’t judge a book by its cover. She was friendly and very helpful. Her and another young woman were able to direct us to the store we were searching for.

Such a wonderful store. Everyone who works here is so kind and sweet just like the ice cream they sell. Thank you for all your hard work!

Friendly service and food was good

We ordered 30 minutes before closing time and attendant turned her back to us during payment to bad mouth customers who order small cups before closing time. I don’t know and don’t care why that was, maybe burdening her cleanup or stocking habits but BAD customer service. This is basics of customer service.

The worst customer service

Waited in line ten minutes for a shake to be told they weren’t making shakes right now. The gentlemen asked who I assume might be the supervisor, and she was willing to make an exception but at that point I just wanted to leave…. Keep in mind only two people working the front, one person restocking and at least two people just chilling in the back doing nothing, but concurrently they came to the front once the line was gone… maybe they were in break,but they should take their break outside of the location or guest view…. Who’s managing this place?

took extremely long to take my order; had multiple employees make eye contact with me and not acknowledge that i am waiting to get my order taken. instead of helping me i saw multiple workers in the back fooling around

I visited Cold Stone a couple of weeks ago. Although it was a bit tricky to find in the mall, once I found it, it was an excellent experience. I was served quickly and politely, and the ice cream - some sort of seasonal, heavenly, cinnamon roll concoction - knocked my socks off. It was insanely sweet, which is exactly what I was looking for. I ate off of it for 3 days. Amazing. 10/10.
