1905 salad and Roast pork a la cubano is perfect for my wife and I to split. Make reservations on open table to avoid the wait

Whoa the chicken tasted out of this world! I wish I had the recipe to the sauce on top. I had a very kind waiter. Very easy going and friendly. Very attentive.

We had looked forward to going to the Columbia for years and experienced a huge disappointment. We sat there for 10-15 minutes and not one server spoke to us . After 10 minutes, my husband asked one of the servers for assistance but she just turned around and said ok and then nothing. We left.

“There’s no place like home.” Returning to a childhood favorite family restaurant owned by a multigenerational family from Spain and Tampa is priceless. The original restaurant in Ybor City is located a few blocks away from my family’s business which was founded by my grandfather in the 1930’s after he moved from Asturias in Northern Spain.??. For over 55 years I have been eating food from the Columbia Restaurant Tampa and St. Armand’s Circle. Trust me when I tell you that the scents, aromas, and ambiance of the restaurant remains intact . The service from the hostesses, to Kim, manager, and ultimately the waiter, Kyle remain 10/10.Sangria (both red and white) perfectly flavorfulCuban Bread : essentially unchanged for decades from the La Segunda Bakery in Ybor City, Tampa: unique flavor, fresh and soft texture with the incredible outer crust that is only found in this classic breadSpanish Bean Soup: Made with a sofrito and fresh chorizo with potato and garbanzo beans: a must starter imhoPicadillo and Plantains with white Rice: a uniquely flavored dish with an essence of Spanish flavors which remains as tasty as ever : perfectly accented with ripened and perfectly cooked/presented plantains (maduro)Arroz con Pollo: The classic yellow rice and chicken: cooked to order and well worth the wait: great saffron impregnated rice with a base of sautéed chicken in the essential sofrito which has added ham and artichokes: the artichoke provides a subtle lemon flavor almost mildly mojito like for the generous, moist and tender chickenThe best restaurant on St. Armand’s hands down with incredible consistency, flavors, service, and yet again reinforcing life long cherished memories.

This place is a fixture in St Armand Circle! Everything is good, the service, the food, the drinks and the coffee and desert. Great indoor/outdoor setting. It’s an iconic place. You gotta get the salad, it’s amazing!

This is a restaurant located at a beach town and they don’t let people sit outside with tank tops. One that doesn’t look from Walmart, a good looking tank top from a good brand. They offer you to wear a T-shirt they have handy. Like what??? You are at a beach town. This is terrible.

My husband and I went here three or four days ago, had an amazing experience! The paella is out of this world, with the table side handmade sangria, and the 1905 salad is to die for! I highly recommend this place if you were looking for some great Spanish cuisine

Really nice option for shaded, outdoor seating. It was my third time there because I love the 1905 salad.
