Beware of Jake the bartender and his girlfriend I was sitting at the bar and noticed that when customers aren't looking and playing pool they will take some of their cash as they are playing pool I Marked a 50 with a blue x on it and when he gave me my change it was for a 20.00 I told him he gave me the wrong change and his girlfriend flipped out on me and I told him he better look again because it's marked money he returned my my cash beware

Best bar in all of Sarasota!!!! It's a local spot with true regulars that have been coming here for over a decade!!! Good ole Charlie may he rest in peace😢 But Jake and Millie some of the OG bartenders still there I love them both!!!

What not impressed. Went there with some friends. Was nice at first then after a period of time would not open any of our beers. Then proceeded to to demand that we tip every single time we went up when we did tip not every time but we did. Stating that we owed her to the point having someone chase us to our car aggressively to start drama. Her name was Paris. She also was not very attentive as to the fact that we had to wait to get her attention while she played games with her friends. Would not recommend this bar to anyone unless they want poor Customer service or wanting to have to wait to be served.

Anytime I'm in the area I have to stop by. Been drinking at that bar for 20 years and it's changed owners but my feeling toward the place hasn't. Shot n a beer with a good conversation and you may catch a game on. Even got offered pizza last time I was there. Great place.
