Such amazing service The young lady in the front was pleasant and had nothing but a smile the whole time the coffee was amazing, and my muffin was absolutely perfect! I would definitely recommend this to people killing time in the area. Just worked out that I did I’d Wouldn't have found this cool places if not! Me and the girl talked for an hour it felt like10-15 m! Such A pleasant experience!

They do not have the drinks or desserts shown in the pics.

There is rarely anyone there to serve you. Sign says "back in 15 minutes" with no time of departure on it. This has happened to me 5 times. Last time, I waited ten minutes. No one. Amazed they stay in business.

This place is terrible. Went there today and stood patiently for 10 minutes and gave up! No one there to take your order, no return sign. Customer service is terrible. Their selection is minimal and out of stock most of the time. All they have to sell is this weird electrolyte water at a very high price. Save yourself a trip. This place should close down! If I could give it zero stars I would....

Regular owner not present much of the time now! Stale cookies and stale coffee for us today! Very sad and disappointing!

There was a very courteous young woman working when I went to Cravings for tea yesterday. I didn't complain to her because I think management should establish a better procedure for customers who order tea. I don't think it's her fault. Basically she told me I could pick my tea bag out of a variety of tea cans - but with no utensils. I used my hand and then she took the tea bag from me with her hand after touching dollars to give me change. At Panera, they have the tea out the same way but have tongs so that people are not putting their germs in the tea jar. Also at Panera, the server hands you a cup of hot water so tea bags are not touched by their hands. Cravings needs some sort of system with a more hygienic focus. They do have a nice variety of teas and the young woman offered more hot water as I sat and talked with a friend. Its sad that the mall doesn't get much foot traffic so they are not very busy.

Cravings - a good place in the Art Nouveau style with excellent coffee, Japanese bubble tea and Thai ice cream. Everything was delicious!

Delicious coffee and quirky, inviting decor. Nice spot for people-watching. Looking forward to sampling some of their other options next time.

Good Mocha Latte Located inside the Westfield Siesta Key Mall, formally Southgate Mall (which is not on Siesta Key but is along Siesta Dr), Cravings appears to be mostly a coffee and bubble tea place. They have several tables inside their store and a few more outside in the mall concourse. As part of their décor they have what I assume is local artist artwork for sale. I was there early this morning before the mall itself was open so there were no other shoppers around. It was a chilly morning both outside and inside the mall, so a Mocha Latte was in order. I thought it was good. They did have a few pastries available but were wrapped in plastic, so I decided to just stick with the drink. Service was ok.
