What’s so special about this place? The cookies are WAY too sweet and taste raw. Gross.

Quality , customer service and friendliness at this location is consistently bad. So much that I will never go back to this location. Brownies I bought today had been obviously either frozen or chilled. Not fresh at all. Frosting was hard and cracked, edges tasted freezer burnt. Really disappointed given the price
