I got food poisoning I also ordered drinks to curbside and they did not give them to me. When I went inside with my receipt they still didn’t give them to me. Rude customer service don’t come here.

I've been hearing about Culver's for years. The fish and chips were ok. But after waiting for my food, drive through 10 minutes, they didn't give me the frozen custard. Not sure I would go back.

Waited over 20 minutes for a drive thru order. Watched 7 cars after us be served. Went inside to ask as there were no other people waiting. I watched a team member pick up my order and carry it outside while I was inside and asking about the order. That team member viably mouth “oh oops” before taking the food while I was standing there asking for it. The kicker? The order was wrong as well, missing items and no straws to top it off. I normally love Culver’s. I had never been to this location, and will not go back to it.
Even playing the forgotten food off as though it wasn’t forgotten, I didn’t even get a “hey, sorry it took so long” or any other acknowledgment.

The chicken fingers, were delicious, tender & hot. Driving up during lunch time takes awhile. Waiting cuts into your lunch hour time. Just my opinion…that’s all.
Ordered online at 12:25. Let them know I was at curbside at 12:32. I waited for almost 15 minutes and they never brought me my food and unfortunately this was my lunch break so I had to leave!! I am very disappointed with the service! I love your food but if you can’t deliver curbside on time maybe you shouldn’t offer it! You also charged my card for the order and now have to fight to get my money back! BEWARE OF CURBSIDE!!!!!

3rd times the charm to make me never wanna go here again. Bad attitudes all around, horrible service. The girls working act like it’s a problem to take your order. This last time did it in for me, spent 49 dollars, waiting in the drive through with two other cars for over 25 minutes, and the burgers are burnt around the edges and overdone completely to rubber and the pretzel bites could be used as cement balls. Absolutely ridiculous and a waste of time and money for trash service and food. Do better Culver’s. Your phone for this location doesn’t even work.

I love their fresh hamburgers here. I haven't been to regular fast food joint in a while because of all the crap they are putting in the food. I researched Culver's, and it seemed to be a 'healthier' burger place. I'm told to try their chicken, too! Shamefully, I've been back 3 times for the double bacon cheese butter burger meal this month.

Decided to give it another chance since the ice cream fiasco. So I ordered double cheese burger with grill onions Was overcharged. First order came was a single sent it back and second time got no onions and meat overcooked. Had to take it back for second time. Definitely will not be back . I'm done!!!
