Left food out of my order including my sundae when I went to have the ordered corrected it was worse & the ice cream was melted go to the location on fruitville & cattlemen much more professional

We’re a big group who just finished a kung fu demonstration and didn’t realize it was so close to closing time. Just left. The crew was still AWESOME and treated us so well. The food was delicious and fresh. Just super impressed.

I always enjoy Culver's but this wasn't a good experience. My hamburger was all overdone and actually charred on edges. Tough and dry, both my husband and I agreed.You asked for more information. It wasn't a pleasant experience, frankly, when the food wasn't good. Like I said, the hamburger was extremely overcooked, charred to be exact. The service wasn't friendly like it usually is. Just not a positive experience.
I just pulled into culvers. Right before ten. I was pretty surprised that instead of saying that they were already closed (before ten) no one answered the speaker and they turned the lights off as I was sitting there saying hello lol. Last time I was here they forgot to put the burger patty on my hamburger. So it was just a bun with lettuce, tomato, and lettuce.
