I'll start by saying we visit this Culver's fairly regularly, and while we've never had an issue in the past, tonight was the complete opposite. We ordered 3 burger meals, all 3 of them were made incorrectly and missing toppings. We took them back to have them fixed and they still came out incorrect the 2nd time. I get mistakes happen, but this was a little frustrating. There wasn't a single adult I saw the entire time we were there. There also seemed to be a language barrier between the line cook and the other staff, which made it that much more difficult. Also, watching the cook stand at the window and eat fries while this was happening didn't make it any better. As someone who works in the food industry, this was all very unprofessional. I'm hoping our next visit goes differently.

Great experience at Culver’s! From the moment we walked in, everything was welcoming and very well organized. I especially want to mention ANA, who took our order — she was incredibly friendly, attentive, and patient, and made the whole experience even better. The entire team was polite, professional, and worked together perfectly. The restaurant was very clean, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the food was absolutely delicious and fresh. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you to ANA and the whole Culver’s team for such excellent service!

This location the tables are always dirty. Sometimes only one clerk at the register. The food is good and the atmosphere is good. This location doesn't offer all the amenities that the other locations offer.

We used to love this Culver’s, however the other night when I went there at approximately 9:15 to order two vanilla shakes. I was at the window paying and watched a young girl scoop out the shakes from a funky looking white bucket, and pour them into the shake containers. She handed them to me and I looked at them and they were very watery and I told her they were way too watery. She then told me she was gonna put some ice cream in them to thicken them up, but when she came back, they were the same and there were little black pieces floating in them. She told me that the shake machine was being closed down because they closed at 10 and that’s what she had available. I was uncomfortable about us drinking these so I told her I would not drink them and she got the manager, Toni who voided my Apple Pay purchase. It just did not feel like this was a cleanly experience most likely will never go back.
