THEY ARE NEVER OPEN!! I went the past two days and on Google it said that they were open the best two days and every time I went, they have been closed.

ice cream is great been there for 6 years in an area with extremely high turn over for businesses . owner is old and has had heart surgeries hes not gonna sing and dance for you and english isnt his first language. if you are complaining about the price think about how much rent must be on siesta key. if you want some teenager being fake nice to you for tips just go to baskin robins or something...

This place is basically the “Soup Nazi” of ice cream and I mean that in the best way possible. The guy behind the counter might not win any awards for friendliness, but who cares? The ice cream is out-of-this-world good. My kids begged us to come back this year, and after finally trying it myself, I totally get it. Just like the Soup Nazi in New York, people didn’t line up for the smiles, they lined up because the food was THAT good. Same story here: the rolled ice cream is the real deal, and it’s worth every bite.

Drove there because it said online that it was open, NOT!! A waste of gas and time!

Customer service is some of the worst i’ve ever had but man is that ice cream damn good!

We went in before reading the reviews… ALL bad reviews are very accurate. You walk in and there’s no hello or anything just a straight bad face, that you feel like you done something wrong. The place doesn’t feel sanitary either. The ice cream itself taste fake and synthetic

this is the best ice cream i have had in my life. the guy who makes it is great. who cares if its closed sometimes. it’s part of the adventure. he’s usually open on his hours anyways. great guy. get strawberry nutella rolled ice cream it will not disappoint. i come to siesta key every year and the first thing i think about is this ice cream. i yearn for it.

Ice cream was freezer dried and the waffle cone tasted old. Do not go here!

Curly cream guy wasn’t really friendly. We felt as if we were an inconvenience to him maybe he was having a bad day🤦‍♀️

the man working the counter was more concerned about the news on the television than making our ice cream. He wasn't friendly at all. It made me cry after i left.

Im a tourist who works in the fast food industry, this place… does not look up to code. I walked in there with my mom and friend, the man didn’t not acknowledge us at ALL. No smile, no hello, nothing. I ordered a rolled ice cream, the man walked over to a standing fridge, pulled out a small cup of what I assume is cream, inspected it, swirled it, SNIFFED IT, and brought it to where he would roll the ice cream. He didn’t mix the cream and the flavor syrup very thoroughly, so when I received it, THERE WERE CURDS IN THE ICE CREAM. My party and I all tasted it, it seemed fine to me but they said it tasted like cheese. I hope this place gets reformed or shut down, because the food and service was very concerning!

All the negative comments are fully true. Owner has zero customer service skills. We went once yesterday and tried to go again today. Yesterday, he did not speak a single word to us the entire time we were there and had an overall horrible attitude. One dollar for one Oreo is an absolute scam, as well as the entire topping selection. Today, we arrived at 12, the time they were supposed to open, and waited outside for 20 minutes before leaving. Do better.
