Felt questionable when I entered, and they didn’t have the two flavours I wanted. But it was cool to see them make it right there in front of you! Hours are wrong btw. I first tried to come at night when it said it was open, but it was closed.

So the rolled Icecream is delish but as everyone else wrote below me…this guy working sucks. This could be my entire families fav spot if it wasnt for the emotionless man working . No hello, no thank you, no anything else? Nothing. A robot has more emotion than this fellow. I was as friendly as possible to help brighten his day but he couldn’t even look at us. It’s a shame cause like I said the Icecream is delicious but he totally ruined the mood for my friend and I. 100% bad energy. Wondering what he’s doing in an Icecream shop being that he clearly hates people. Def won’t be back unless someone with else takes over.

I had a simple chocolate rolled ice cream for $7. It was delicious, it was tough/hard and somehow creamy/delicate at the same time. The service was straightforward, he didn’t seem depressed or miserable, but I wouldn’t mind if he said hello or bothered to have a smirk. The atmosphere isn’t the best, a little dark, all the ingredients are shown to customers so it looks kind of messy, but i guess it’s good that we can see no roaches in the kitchen!

The rolled ice cream was as expected. The place looks like the novelty wore off, and they didn't care. The man working seemed the same way. Not very friendly. When my daughter asked what toppings they had after he asked her if she wanted any, he pointed annoyingly to the menu.

we tried to come here two nights an a row and it says open 12-8 and we came at 7:30 pm and they were closed

I don’t know how this business stays open with the amount of unprofessional tact this owner showed. He was rude from the moment we walked in and acted like we shouldn’t be there. Once we were served our last ice cream I I told him he seemed extremely rude and he started cussing me out and told me to get the F out of his store. Terrible experience. There are many other spots to get ice cream right there so don’t go to this spot.

The ice cream is good, however the man who is serving customers acts like he does not want anyone’s business. He was incredibly rude and we left after only getting one of the 4 we would have ordered. There are plenty of other ice cream stores in Siesta Key who have staff who act like they actually appreciate their customers. Avoid this place.

Whoever waited on us was annoyed we were even there. He was so rude and did not smile once while we decided on what we wanted. When we did order, they were "out of those selections" - since it is a chalk board - perhaps erasing the out of stocks would have been beneficial. My advice - go elsewhere.

Maybe the place isn't decorated very well, and the guy making the rolls isn't super friendly, but the ice cream is delicious and he uses fresh real ingredients! It would be nice to Maybe have some music playing while you wait for your rolls!
