We went in before reading the reviews… ALL bad reviews are very accurate. You walk in and there’s no hello or anything just a straight bad face, that you feel like you done something wrong. The place doesn’t feel sanitary either. The ice cream itself taste fake and synthetic

this is the best ice cream i have had in my life. the guy who makes it is great. who cares if its closed sometimes. it’s part of the adventure. he’s usually open on his hours anyways. great guy. get strawberry nutella rolled ice cream it will not disappoint. i come to siesta key every year and the first thing i think about is this ice cream. i yearn for it.

Ice cream was freezer dried and the waffle cone tasted old. Do not go here!

Curly cream guy wasn’t really friendly. We felt as if we were an inconvenience to him maybe he was having a bad day🤦‍♀️

the man working the counter was more concerned about the news on the television than making our ice cream. He wasn't friendly at all. It made me cry after i left.

Im a tourist who works in the fast food industry, this place… does not look up to code. I walked in there with my mom and friend, the man didn’t not acknowledge us at ALL. No smile, no hello, nothing. I ordered a rolled ice cream, the man walked over to a standing fridge, pulled out a small cup of what I assume is cream, inspected it, swirled it, SNIFFED IT, and brought it to where he would roll the ice cream. He didn’t mix the cream and the flavor syrup very thoroughly, so when I received it, THERE WERE CURDS IN THE ICE CREAM. My party and I all tasted it, it seemed fine to me but they said it tasted like cheese. I hope this place gets reformed or shut down, because the food and service was very concerning!

All the negative comments are fully true. Owner has zero customer service skills. We went once yesterday and tried to go again today. Yesterday, he did not speak a single word to us the entire time we were there and had an overall horrible attitude. One dollar for one Oreo is an absolute scam, as well as the entire topping selection. Today, we arrived at 12, the time they were supposed to open, and waited outside for 20 minutes before leaving. Do better.

Horrible. They were rude and had no customer service whatsoever. When we walked in there was no greeting or offers of insight to the menu or how to order. Just a general rude attitude. They forgot to add toppings that we paid for, and acted as if we were inconveniencing them when we asked to correct the issue. Would not recommend this place to anyone visiting. Ice cream is mediocre at best. There are much better ice cream places within a block of this location. If I could give zero stars that would be too many. The idea is fun but even the atmosphere of the location should have been a tell tale of the service. No decor, no personality, and definitely no service. Avoid curly cream at all costs.

Showed up at 7:15 April 15,2025. They close @8. Nobody here & we just drove 20 minutes just to come here. Unacceptable

The one staff member had no customer service skills, no smiles or engagement and as each pot of ice cream was created individually waiting for 5 ice creams was painfully slow.

Felt questionable when I entered, and they didn’t have the two flavours I wanted. But it was cool to see them make it right there in front of you! Hours are wrong btw. I first tried to come at night when it said it was open, but it was closed.

So the rolled Icecream is delish but as everyone else wrote below me…this guy working sucks. This could be my entire families fav spot if it wasnt for the emotionless man working . No hello, no thank you, no anything else? Nothing. A robot has more emotion than this fellow. I was as friendly as possible to help brighten his day but he couldn’t even look at us. It’s a shame cause like I said the Icecream is delicious but he totally ruined the mood for my friend and I. 100% bad energy. Wondering what he’s doing in an Icecream shop being that he clearly hates people. Def won’t be back unless someone with else takes over.
