Once again food too good for photos.Pro tip: If you are reading this you can just stop here and get food from d&r bbq. They are the best bbq from here to Bartow or the panhandle.Southern style every item is great. Cash business, Sat at the church parking lot still! After almost 20 years I know of them being there.Ribs, collards, beans, scalloped potatoes, Mac and cheese, peach cobbler ect.Best, unchanged, fair prices, very local how can you beat any of that?Thanks d&r...
Excellent food and very friendly service! You can absolutely tell this food is made with love! The ribs are nice and smokey and the BBQ sauce they have is Carolina-Style I think? Their chicken is also really good! Really seasoned and cooked well. Loved their garlic potatoes, too!Also DO NOT sleep on their desserts! The pound cake and their sweet potato pie are absolutely delicious.Everyone was so kind and helpful, too! The portions are also nice for the price.
Some of the best BBQ in town. I’ve hit whatever local spots I can, and every Saturday for lunch (the only time they’re open) I find myself there buying a rack of ribs. Some good ol southern boys doing bbq right. Highly recommend the ribs. They know their business behind the smoker.
