Darwins is a great restaurant with the best seviche, beers, and service. He's one of the best chef in the Sarasota area nothing can compete with his homemade chimichuri.
This is a terrific Peruvian restaurant. There are may creative options fo ceviche. We got one with the Asian dressing and one with the lemongrass and coconunt. We also got beef tacos with chimichurri. All delicious and you can put together a healthy, low-calorie meal. We also shared an order of chicken wings with our friends. Other items we have enjoyed over the years are skirt steak, a chopped salad, and a burger. Whatever you order, Chef Darwin does a great job.

Very good fish taco on lettuce wedge. The fish was grilled but spiced perfectly. The creamy jalapeño sauce was hot and delicious. Their guacamole is freshly made. Their staff is professional and friendly. The music and decor are modern. Chica Morada was sweet and delicious.
