Unfortunately, the food is still fast food quality at a slightly lower price than the local pizzeria. It is temping to save money but the quality is absolutely terrible. I have maximum regret. 2 pizzas(1 Cheese and one pepperoni) and desert plus tip and delivery fee was $67. I was fooled by the ads for the "NY style". DONT DO

I ordered a pizza two and a half months ago on March 20, 2024 and it was awful. I didn't get the extra sauce I requested and the pizza had very little meat and cheese. I contacted Domino's Customer Support Team several times and was issued case numbers one of which is 7031123. I was told the location on Webber St in Sarasota Florida is a franchise. Franchise or not it still carries the Dominos name and affects their reputation. I called this location and was hung up on prior to contacting customer support who did nothing more than email a case number. This is still unresolved. Can't believe there's no concern for the customer. I have ordered pizza from Dominos many times and never had to complain.

Really frustrated. I put in an order for 12 pizzas for my classrooms. I ordered them the day before I needed them. I called the morning of delivery to confirm.When they were delivered, they were wrong. I ordered 8 pepperoni and 4 cheese. I was given 4 pepperoni and 8 cheese instead. Its not the end of the world, but I paid over $100 for it, called twice, and still didn't get what I ordered.
