As a single father with 4 kids and 2 disabled, I go to Domino's often and have not had a problem until today. I ordered on-line and went the store when the phone said it was ready. I biked up and had plenty of time I thought till the rain would start coming down. When I entered the store I noticed my name not on the board which was weird. I then asked for the pizza once I confirmed it was ready online. The cashier was very polite and helpful. Then he asked for the managers assistance. I showed confirmation I paid for the pizza and it was at that adress online. Ray the manager then said well let's get those pizza for you. Took the order and advised me to cancel my other order. I cant, I paid through Vemno from a friend who just wanted to help out as has a busy day. So I sat and behind me a monsoon developed and I was getting worried as I had to bike home. I then was told I needed to pay again for pizza after I showed I already paid. After pleeding with the manager he just smiled at me and said he couldn't do anything. Like he got some type of enjoyment in me leaving on a bike empty handed. It was embarrassing, humiliating, and frankly the weirdest involvement with a manager I've ever had. Ive reached out to corporate as well considering I feel more then robbed at this moment from this establishment.

I've never complained about this Domino's they're always fast and the food is always cooked right! Today unfortunately that changed due to two children that seemed that were in the kitchen and one mature gentleman serving me the order, who even apologized for their behavior. Which was no big deal to me just having fun at work being kids but when I received my food that's when the disappointment came. My bread bites were not buttery and Parmesan like they're normally are. My pizza did not have the love it usually gets. Pour performance by the kitchen tonight 6/6/2025 5:30pm. I mean at least put some effort into your job if you're going to be there getting PAID! Try to learn something or a skill from each job you work to gain knowledge then transform that into power. Once again not mad just disappointed and I hope this gets resolved.

in these last two delivery, I felt that the driver threatened me and wanted to pressure me to give him tips, but today it was the last straw the Mr. persistently demanded that I give him tips, so much so that my children were there and called me dad why is he demanding you? And until Mr. heard that I would give him 10% according to the store app, he did not withdraw from my apt... I really won't use this restaurant anymore and the food is well poorly prepared... I prefer dad Jhons or Pizza Hut... What a bad service

Been in Osprey FL for 3 years now and this location never disappoints. Call chain pizza joints however you want but this location has great service and quality. Ingredients always fresh!!!
