They gave my husband and me the wrong order. My husband called, explained, was put on a long hold, then was hung up on. Same with me. In total, we spent about an hour on hold, were hung up on multiple times, and NEVER got any satisfaction. I will continue to pursue this - I’m amazed at their total disregard for their customers.
