Incredible pizza! Nothing like Ohio based pizza!
I’m from Columbus Ohio so whenever I go on business trips from Naples to Sarasota, Jacksonville or Orlando I always stop at Donatos. Tonight, I stopped in the fruitville road location and had phenomenal pizza with great customer service and pizza that tasted like home. The owner Joe was so nice and used to manage my hometown Donatos. I recommend this place 10/10. Best pizza ever, thanks for bringing me back to my childhood Joe and team!
went to pick up a prepaid order for my wife. No one in the front of the store and line grew and people were getting frustrated. a younger guy that came in 5 minutes after me stepped right in front of me and threatened me. Employees oblivious of the chaos. They didn't earn the tip.
Donatos does not respond. FB message says to go to website. The don't respond there or to their surveys. The lost 2 weekly customers .
