I'm giving them 3 stars, (only), because our pepperoni pizza was ready right on time & the lady at the counter was very nice when I picked it up. However, the pie was a bit overdone, which made the crust almost impossible to bite through. Guess we should've gone with their recommended thin crust option. This ("large") pizza was unfortunately not worth the $22 (before tip), we paid for it.

The worst Pizza I have ever eaten in my entire life. I ordered a Margherita and when I see, it had a horrible, disgusting sauce on top; horrendous. First and last time I visit the place. Now to look for where they make good pizza. Nasty 100%

Horrible pizza little to no flavor the pizza looked so small and they called it a medium I asked for hand tossed and it was paper thin the best part was that I got a garlic butter that I could drown the pizza in I ordered bread sticks and the picture shows 6 but you get 2 the bread sticks where so small and bland the marinara sauce that comes with the bread sticks is basic tomato kinda like Prego pasta sauce

I had no idea there was a Donato’s in Florida. My wife and I made the 90 minute drive to Sarasota and the pizza did not disappoint! It is exactly like I remember it from back home. It’s a small place in a strip mall plaza but the pizza is all that matters. I’ll definitely be back.
Awesome manager and staff took care of my Dads 90th BDay party for 50, virtually no leftovers. You won't be disappointed

I have been looking for a pizza that I can enjoy since I moved to FL. I was so excited to see a Donatos but sadly, it is not the same. Too thick to be considered a true thin crust and it was undercooked. Please keep trying though - it was close, just not quite it.

I thought all pizzas were the same until we came to donatos.. wow the dough and topping ratio was perfect the cinnamon bread was burnt and sadly we didn't enjoy burnt sweet bread but I cannot get too upset since the wings weren't the best but definitely not the worst. Overall that pizza had me hooked

Went to donatos due to it being from my hometown, ordered my founder’s favorite pizza, first they bring it out to the wrong table they grabbed a piece before telling the girl it was not there pizza, so she proceeded to bring the pizza to me 1 table away said she accidentally took to wrong table. Unfortunately I had to ask for them to remake the pizza since it was touched by another patron . They then proceeded to make a new pizza quickly like 8 minutes and brought it to my table but in there rush the pizza wasn’t cooked all the way, first time there never had this problem at a Columbus ohio donatos. Maybe they should’ve been trained better
