Did a dine-in lunch on a Friday at about 12:30. Wife and I were the only ones in the restaurant. Ordered a sub, breadsticks, and two small pizzas. Wait time from ordering to food delivery was 45 minutes! Got a half-hearted apology about it taking so long, but otherwise, staff seemed to be very apathetic about everything. Easy to see why Donatos keeps closing locations, since I won't be returning to dine at this location. Food quality was good, atmosphere and staff were 0 stars.

Today, July 1, 2024, my daughter ordered a pizza. Honestly, it was a joke. The pizza did not have cheese and they cooked it first and then added the ingredients. We were all disgusted by the way they made the pizza. I don't recommend anyone eating that pizza.

The portions are quite small, it is tasty but for the size it's expensive. I was shocked to pay nearly $50 for a large and medium pizza. Typically I enjoy having leftover pizza, but the portions are so little that there will be none. If I want leftovers, I can't eat it until I'm full. I have to save some for later.
My feedback is to make the portions match the prices, or have the prices match the portion sizes.

Music was rediculasly loud. Poor girls only had 2 people working on a holiday weekend! Some total douch bag came in ranting and yelling and cussing the manager out... So she invited him to leave! She held her composure well!We had gotten our food quickly and kindly.

I'm from Columbus , Ohio. I've been coming here from Venice FL. For a couple years. This was the worst sub and pizza I've ever had. Amy C order #21. I had to spit out the bite of sub I had. The pizza was just not up to par. Such a disappointment

I would not recommend this location. I have ordered from the other 2 donatos locations in the area with zero issues, but did not have a similar experience when ordering from the Clark Rd store. I placed an order for delivery and called in about where my pizza was when it was 20 min past the estimated delivery time. Alex informed me that they were using Doordash for the delivery and that the driver had not even arrived yet. While on the phone, I got a text with an updated delivery time from Doordash for 50 min later. I informed Alex about the text and she told me to wait. I expressed my concern about the pizza not being good by the time it got to me almost 2 hours after I had placed the order. She reluctantly offered to remake the pizza. I work in restaurant so I know there's about a 50/50 chance of that actually happening. I then said I would come pick up the pizza since I could get it well before it was going to be delivered. This negatively affected my evening plans and I ended up with a cold pizza that I was required to pay the delivery charge on when I was the one that picked it up. No compensation was offered by the store. I realize part of this was Doordash's fault, but Donatos did not waive the delivery fee, did not offer any sort of discount, and couldn't even manage to keep the pizza warm for me. I will not be ordering from this location again.

Overall, it wasn't bad. I like the types of pizza they have available, and I went with a hot honey and the pepperoni speciality.I also got the stuffed jalapeños, garlic cheese bread, and chicken sandwich.First off, the garlic bread was great, definitely an "at home" taste with the fresh garlic, so I recommend that. The dipping sauce for it was only passable.The stuffed jalapeños were good. My girlfriend loved them. I think if it had some crunch, they would be awesome, but they were flimsy and soft, which made me sad.They aren't expensive, so still worth a try.The chicken sandwich was good and nothing spectacular. Nice flavor, very filling to it and not a bad side. But since we live in Florida, stopping by a Publix for a pubsub and chicken tender sandwhich is fsr superior.Now, for the thin crust, it was very soft and chewy. The flavor generally was underwhelming as it relays too greatly on the toppings to make up for where it's lacking in the other areas (sauce and dough.)If you enjoy a heavy meat pizza, or speciality pizza I feel like this would be a great place for that, but all-in-all, it was pretty middle of the road pizza that could do a little better.It's worth trying at least once.

Called at 4:30 and ordered pizza to be picked up at 6. It is now 6:15 and was told at 6 when I got here it would be done in 5 minutes. Still no pizza yet. Finally got the pizza at 6:20. Got it home and the order was wrong. Just so you know I ordered 4 pizzas and am a rewards member.
