Dream Earth Bowls attends the Lakewood Ranch Farmers Market at Waterside each Sunday. This past Sunday, I observed their staff using unwashed blueberries and unwashed strawberries in the bowls. I asked and their employee confirmed the fruit was not washed. This is unsafe and unsanitary. Beware of what’s going on before ordering.

I am so mad I've been sleeping on this place for over a year! The most amazing acai and fruit bowls I've ever had! I wish there were more locations!

I ordered for delivery to my office. I love acai bowls and this was hands down one of the best I've ever had!! Not too sweet, not too frozen. The perfect size! Will definitely be eating here again!

Unrelated to the actual dine in experience but management is a joke and no respect for peoples time. Michelle canceled an interview on me last minute when I was already on my way. I was being very flexible with her then she didn’t have the decency to respond after asking me when I could reschedule. At least let me know if you changed your mind or filled the spot this was not the first time she ignored my messages either after being the one to ask me when I could come in. I liked this spot beforehand but if you don’t respect potential employees that’s a red flag. I’m not trying to be petty and it’s not because I wasn’t hired i simply am leaving this to state that it’s wrong to waste peoples times and lead them on and never get back with them. We all have lives and we are all trying to make ends meet. Just be open and communicative, especially if you are a manager. That is all!
Dream Earth Bowls have become part of my weekend routine. I live in Bradenton, but drive to Sarasota for yoga and then my after namaste treat! Always fresh, always delicious!

Please play some music so we don't need to hear the young staff complain about working and hearing the squeak of shoes as you're trying to enjoy a bowl. The prices are a bit pricier considering the topping and portion sizes. I opted for the million dollar bowl and asked the staff questions to which they replied "honestly I don't know," not a big deal to me but might prevent other customers from upgrading their bowls. I waited about 20 minutes for my bowl but the teenage girls made it very vocal that there were "too many online orders" and prioritized those over the three people in the lobby. The inside had potential to be cute but it's your typical "instagram" inspired cafe that has a neon sign and metal barstools to sit on. Uninspired but trying is the best way to summarize this place.
Not a place for locals but great place for visiting folks with money to spend. I would've taken photos of the bowl but the lid took off majority of the toppings and the bowl was so over filled that it was leaking..not very photogenic. I asked for the bowl "for here" hoping not to have a lid.
Vegetarian options: Fruit and veggies galore. Stay away from the options that offer dairy. Meat free to my knowledge.
Dietary restrictions: They have options for everyone.
Parking: Shared a parking lot with several businesses and Publix. Had no problem finding parking.
Kid-friendliness: Nothing for them to do but everything on the menu is kid friendly.
