Worst dunking i have ever ordered, never get what i ask for. They never have what you ask for
This is honestly my favorite Dunkin ever. The employees are all so joyful & kind every time I go in. I had a big order today and the sweet woman helped me bring it to my car. Have you ever heard of a Dunkin employee doing that before? Yeah me neither. Thank you fruitville Dunkin!!

There was somewhat of a wait and the coffee tasted burnt, but Christina never took her eye off the customer. She was so polite and direct always letting me know that she would be right with me. She showed great customer service and I was really impressed with that. Others in retail may have just made the customer wait, but she acknowledged and communicated with the customer and made sure things were right. She knows how to treat customers no matter what the situation.

Huge shoutout to Destiny and Drew at Dunkin’! They were super friendly, fast, and made my order perfectly. Their great attitude and top-notch service made my visit a great one. Definitely coming back!

Being ignored completely at the counter for 10 minutes while the 2 workers do absolutely nothing is definitely not a good look. That’s why I’ve stopped coming to Dunkin’s in the 1st place, they wanna charge high prices for subpar coffee & service
