I wish I could give a 5 star for the young lady with glasses working the drive thru window. She was so kind, patient, and helpful. Her manager on the other hand, older lady brown hair, and glasses was absolutely horrible. She was incredibly rude to her staff, and she was yelling at her employee for a mistake that she did not make. Honestly so embarrassing. She should be ashamed of herself.

The place had 10 minutes to closing , I walked in and they were cleaning up. I ordered 3 donuts and of course I was paid for them. But then right in front of my face as I’m paying her , she started dumping all the rest of them all in the garbage. Not that I wanted it for free , The right thing she should have given it to us. What a rude thing to do. At least give it to the shelter. Or wait for us to leave before dumping them in front of us.Very wrong to do business like that …..

Dirty place with incredibly slow service. Bagels always burnt. Why would they even put a Dunkin here, there’s 1 across the highway.

Very friendly staff!!! Very clean and full selection of donuts during my visit.

Parking: Parking right out front along with a drive thru.

Kid-friendliness: High chairs available.

They were absolutely out of everything and when I tried to order an item that was supposed to be in stock, I was notified at the window that it was out lol. Do not bother coming here.

unfortunately, they are understaffed and the people working there are frustrated. We stood online inside for 10 minutes and nobody told us that they weren’t serving inside.

Walked inside, took 20 minutes to get my order even though I was the only customer. They also got the two-item order wrong.

I live across the street and this Dunkin is terrible. Service terrible and cannot get an order correct. A KPI has to get length of wait in drive thru as they force customers to go wait in the parking lot with no line so they do not get busted for the slow service. They have consistently got my order incorrect.
