Ordered HOT Latte in drive thru. Carefully grabbed cup and drove off. ITS ROOM TEMPERATURE and disgusting. Why can't people do their job? Gave Dunkin a second chance after more than a year of staying away due to repeated failures.

My daughter and her friend were shouted at and belittled as the “manager” Stacey was angry with them because my daughter ordered a matcha latte with almond milk and was given the matcha with regular milk, which she can not have for health issues. Stacey was heard shouting from inside the dunk-in donuts so loud that my daughter and her friend could hear her with the window closed from the car. Stacey then proceeded to come to the window and continued yelling about teaching the girls a listen on reading a screen, completely unacceptable, as she proceeded to make it a big ordeal that the drink had to be re made, which would not have been necessary if she had put down almond milk in the order seeing as my daughter said it twice while ordering. After being informed of the incident, I called the store to speak to the manager, low and behold the phone is answered by Stacey, who is just as rude over the phone as she is in person if not worse and more unpleasant. She proceeded to shout her side of the story over the phone while there were most likely customers in the store. How embarrassing for the store, very disappointing. This Dunkin Donuts location has lost our business for good. The same thing happened at the dunkin on Tamiami, and the staff were beyond kind and glad to make the drink with the correct milk, they are always so nice and welcoming even early in the morning. As well as being rude on the phone, Stacey proceeded to put the phone down and end our conversation, and the phone was not picked up until a co worker heard me speaking and picked up the phone.

I'm a Dunkin guy and have been to many around the SE but THIS store is BY FAR .. THE BEST I've ever gone to. Always we'll staffed with fast service!! Please keep up the GREAT work!!

Unfortunately very incompetent workers at this location.
I Don't like leaving bad reviews, but as a local guide, I would advise you go out of your way to a location where the employees are competent.
At the end of the day... there are so many more business that will appreciate your hard earned money.. Regardless the dollar amount..

Went there at 7pm to absolutely no food. The person working behind the counter was EXTREMELY rude 10/11/24 chubby woman with glasses says she's been with Dunkin donuts for 20 years. She refused to pull product out of the back for anything on the order. Did not have anything staged, no egg, no sausage, no bagels, no English muffins. She pre pulled all of the donuts and other products to close the case early so she could leave early. Guaranteed the dumpster or her car is full of pastries. This place needs to be watched, she lied and said you bake your bagels fresh. I know they are in a large cardboard box in a freezer. When I asked about it she argued with me instead of just telling me it would just take too long to thaw them out. She wasn't even interested in offering anything instead of what was ordered because she had already thrown out every single piece of product in the store
