Went through drive-through at 10:30 AM on a Friday. I ordered a 50 count munchkin box. and they said they didn’t even have enough for a 25 count. This was for an office visit for my business, so I got however many they had left. Then I ordered a half a dozen donuts. They proceeded to tell me they barely had any donuts left. The name is Dunkin’ Donuts and you’re out of donuts? Not good.

Omg. I got a sausage, egg and cheese croissant this morning here. The worst I've had in my life. The croissant was stale and the sausage patty had some strange perfume taste to it. Horrible! One bite and I threw it away.

Literally have staff that clearly don’t want to be working. I don’t expect the red carpet but damn… a nice friendly smile and a hello and goodbye would be nice. Even, a have a nice evening would have been great!!. I walked in, they did not even look at me or acknowledge me. I picked my coffee up and still nothing. So bizarre!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and I did call them out on it too because that is probably the worst customer service to date.

Ordered online for walk-in. Watch as a man who ordered at the counter did not get his coffee. When questioned it was at the drive thru. Me, (after waiting 5 minutes ) ask about my order was told the same thing. My old fashion had chocolate all over it and was very dry.

What's up with the dunkins looking so dirty inside. Trash cans full. Garbage on the ground. There were only 2 other customers in the store and it's 2 pm. One crew member should've been taking care of the lobby area. Coffee were ok.
The staff at Clark Road Dunkin just made my morning!! My daughter, a new mom, working in a vets office had a bad night, asked me to pick up and order and deliver to her. Unfortunately the order is no where to be found. The staff went out of their way to help and made the order, at least what I thought it was (which was completely wrong). Thank you for your help today!!
