This place is an absolute disgrace. There is only 1 person working, and wait times are extremely long. They will just let you sit in the hot sun waiting for 10 minutes without even taking your order. If you walk in, they will also just make you stand there and wait forever. This place should be reported to Dunkin Donuts corporate for how horribly it is run and how awful the service is.

Today my mom and i came in for breakfast and stacy and another woman were working. Stacy went above and beyond for me today telling me about the bacon, making sure i got the crispy one i requested, and told me the sweet pepper bacon (i forgot the name) on the 20th . I loved that one! She really is an asset to this store. The other woman working with her was nice too. Didnt catch her name.

Breakfast order (not big by any standards) took very long. Attitude wasn't great on how this place is being run with limited support. They said will charge 50cents for an empty cup request. 🤷♂️

Person serving doesn’t know the request of Monica or less ice and still serves drinks that are not full. Also seems as though the server was high on something so I wasn’t prepared to argue, as when I asked she gave a whole long winded run around instead of correcting

This place is seriously in need of some fresh management. Having placed a pickup order shortly before arriving I had no issue waiting, what I did take issue with here was how clearly overworked and understaffed this location was. The two employees managing the shop's entire breakfast rush were completely overwhelmed and unable to keep up with the demand.
Whoever scheduled or setup the shift that morning either has no idea what they're doing, or no sympathy for their workers.
Instead of an Arnold Palmer I ended up with a cup of pure lemon juice, no tea, no sweetener, nothing. I additionally waited at the register to pickup the order for about 5 minutes, and not once did an employee have the time to actually check in on me.
Not to mention the gas station this location is in needs quite a bit of work and cleaning. Can't say I've felt adverse to eating food in a good while, but this location brought that sense back.
Dunkin ...Do better hire more employees so your one employee doesn't get yelled at by customers for being alone

Worst service I’ve ever had. I was told drive thru was closed after being in line for 20 mins but they just had a car in front of me order. This store doesn’t acknowledge there customers. I’ve been inside and have waited 30 minutes before someone even told me I’ll be with you shortly. Manager doesn’t care so staff doesn’t either. Lots of foul language spoken by staff. Don’t know how they’re still open. I’ll never come to this location ever again.
