The coffee experience at Duncan is so so. The donuts and pastries tast and feel like they are two days old. Not fresh! The staff are really not into customer service. The whole experience just feels like a low budget place. I will spend more for a better experience...

Moldy sausage egg and cheese sandwich! The egg was completely green. My family ate theirs and I noticed it on the last uneaten one. Really hoping no one ate a moldy sandwich…

I’ve gone to this location multiple times and every time these people are the most incompetent people on the planet. Hate to believe these people make food that people ingest lol

Service is horrible. It takes 1/2 to get through the drive through. I could be the 3 car in line and it still takes 1/2 hr. People are friendly but super slow. Bagels are stale.

Took 20 minutes for someone to finally take my order! When they finally placed my order took 10 minutes just for 1 coffee. Didn't taste anything like what I ordered.

Do not waste your time here! I thought the drive thru took forever. They will take an order and then tell you to hold on as they do one order at a time. This morning 09/19/2025 7:30am I stood there for 20 mins and I was 2nd in line. And the manager is screaming at other employees when they’re just trying to do their job. They need to shut this location down and hire a new manager.

Took 20 minutes for them to take an order, then the next day took 10 minutes. They were so rude to a new girl in training. And so rude to their customers.

Wow. Just wow. I am not the person who writes reviews. But I felt I needed to for this place to spare others from making the mistake of coming here. I just sat in the drive thru line for over 30 minutes and then just decided to leave because it wasn’t worth it. They have horrible customer service, food comes out cold, their coffee is inconsistent, and they just don’t know how to manage a line. Today, for example, they just completely stopped servicing the drive thru and were only taking care of customers who walked in even though they had a line of cars waiting. Several people in front of me left. When I got to the window she said “I will be with you in just a moment”. 10 minutes passed and not another word was said. It seemed as if they were hoping people would just leave.

Went to get a coffee earlier today and my order was wrong so I went inside to get it fixed and what do I find two girls working one of them is a trainee and no manager in sight correct me if I’m wrong but there is ALWAYS supposed to be a manager at the location but I guess Rebecca didn’t want to work a double so she left only ONE experienced girl and one trainee so of course the wait times were long and my order was wrong I don’t blame the girls at all I blame there crappy manager who is most likely on salary guess what Rebecca if your the only available manager you work a double ESPECIALLY when you only have ONE experienced girl working I feel horrible for those girls it’s time to let Rebecca go based off other reviews she’s a terror to deal with and based off my experience she thinks it’s okay to just abandon her workers and go home completely unacceptable.
