So I usually come to this location to get my usual a (cappuccino ) I drove through the drive thru like I normally do cause it is very convenient for me when I’m on the go. I was told that I wasn’t able to order through the drive thru and would have to come inside to order ? What’s the point of having a drive through then ? The lady was highly rude ! I work in customer service and this not a way to talk or speak to your guests that come in. I will be contacting corporate about this! Seems like the manager doesn’t wanna do anything about this either.

I don’t believe I had a good experience. I used the drive through to get my wife a decaf coffee. She likes it dark so I asked that they use less than 1 cream. The lady at the window was very nice woman, I checked the coffee and it was too light so I asked if she could please make it darker. She took the cup and then a male came and handed me the coffee back but it wasn’t any darker, the original server came to the window and I asked her to please pour some out and add some coffee which she apologized for and took it back. I saw from the window that she was doing just that but then a second younger woman came and seemed annoyed by her trying to service me. She told her to back away and signaled her to make me pull forward which was strange because there was no car behind me. I don’t usually argue with people so I pulled forward out of sight of the window and the lady came out and handed me the coffee again apologizing but the whole experience made me feel uncomfortable so I threw it away and ended up not getting coffee there. Who knows why the other person was annoyed, there were no other customers in line at the drive thru and the inside looked empty when I drove around. They could have spit in my coffee and I wouldn’t have known. But that’s why I threw it away.

Basically got accused of lying for telling them that they made my food incorrect last week. Last thing I want in the morning Is to have to get a second breakfast because the first place I went for breakfast couldn’t make my food right or be accused of lying when they make it wrong. Two weeks in a row it has been an inconvenience for me to go there. I even tipped them because I appreciated them remaking my food and I still got treated like I was just a liar. Next time instead of tipping you guys, I’ll just pay for my food, but also I won’t be back to this location for a while. I would rather drive across town to go to another. Dunkin’ Donuts then have an issue every time I’m there. Not to mention the time that I was there when they messed up my food, I was stuck in the line for like 20 minutes when I was on my way to work. Also, they conveniently don’t give receipts so that you can’t complain. As someone who works in fast food, and I’ve been a regular at Dunkin for the past 10 YearsI can recognize from the past two weeks I’ve been there that this place needs new management.

I use to go to this one all the time but it's gone down here since May. It like they don't care. Half there stuff taste like it's expired. What I heard from the staff of the one next Walmart on st. 70 that this one on University freezer and refrigerator aren't working or not turn on all the time. I have called so many times for university store burn and screwing around with the food. Sent pic to head quarters with no response.

MIKE was awesome. From helping out with the last-minute order I needed for an event to having my order ready when I walked in even though they don’t really do to go orders. His customer service was outstanding.

While the staff was really nice, my coffee was insanely sweet and was basically a cup of cream with a hint of coffee. The wrap I ordered was not just cold, it had an awful smell from the oven they use. It smelled as though the oven has never been cleaned. 0/10 would never recommend. The dunkin at bee ridge that’s inside a gas station is infinitely better than this one. Can’t believe I spent my money here… go anywhere else.

Burnt breakfast croissant sandwiches! He made them, saw they were burnt, wrapped them up, put them in the bag , handed it to me . Going forward now I will have to unwrap them to check before exiting the store! 👎🏾
