Maverick was very helpful and I didn't know what I was doing ordering an iced coffee and he suggested you know what I wanted. What would be best and got a sausage egg croissant and was on my way and I enjoyed everything as far as the service, the quality of food and friendliness.
This is the worst DD ever! Today was the last straw. I wanted hot chocolate so badly and when I got home, I discovered I had hot, brown water. Barely even the slightest hint of chocolate. Coffee is bad to bearable, food is edible. I’ve eaten and drank a lot of DD, and this place is AWFUL!!

Had visited the drive-through. Purchased an almond croissant. I don't know who operates this franchise. They sell it $1.20 more than other locations. $4.49 vs $3.29. I love hip hop, but they need to have a talk to the drive-through male white employee that looks like a second-class Eminem. Not very professional.

Ordered two hot chocolates last night and instead of using milk, water was used. Took them back to the counter to request milk be added. I was told by the employee this is how they normally make it.

I asked the cashier if they had decaf cold brew, because I cannot have caffeine. The cashier told me at first that they didn’t, then quickly corrected herself saying that they did. This statement made me suspicious, so a quick Google search told me that Dunkin did not offer decaf cold brew, which I should have checked before I went in but I trusted the employees wouldn’t lie to me. I was given a cold brew, and it was not decaf. I had to order again because I have a heart condition and caffeine is dangerous to my health.
The second drink that I ordered was also incorrect, but at least it won’t be giving me heart palpitations or worse.
I work at a coffee shop, and one of the first things that we are told is that giving someone who requests decaf a drink with caffeine is never acceptable, as it can be dangerous to their health. If I could give 0 stars and my next medical bill I would.

I’m a loyal customer at this Dunkin and I’m usually in there about 2-3 times a week because I am a huge coffee lover. It’s a very nice and friendly staff but I’m a little annoyed because I am allergic to bacon and the whole reason I don’t get the $6 meal deal is because they won’t allow me to switch out the regular sandwich for just an egg and cheese. So, I order my drink and sandwich (egg & cheese) separately which is fine but why is my total over $10 today when’s it’s usually never that much and when I go to bite into my sandwich there’s still bacon on it? Now, I have to trash the whole thing because I can’t eat it. I don’t want to get anyone in trouble but it’s just a little annoying because I’m already spending more money ordering them separately and still getting the wrong order.

The most expensive Dunkin’ Donuts inSarasota. They charge $3.50 for a medium Cup of coffee. The most I ever paid was $3.05. Talk about price gouging.
Thanks to the lovely girl behind the counter, I enjoyed the experience which I usually don't at most Dunkin donuts. This one was doing it right with a smile and very friendly and struck up a conversation with me that I was so appreciative of cuz I was in a bad mood that day haha. Thank you whoever you were

Yes I was part of an Uber order I walked up to the front of the building the doors were locked lights were off seen an employee inside he stuck his head out of the side near the drive-thru. Waited at the drive-thru for additional 5 10 minutes no response saying that they're closed or anything along the lines. The time is 7: 20pm August 5th
