Usually different locations are either hit or miss for me, but this one always gets it right. There bagels are amazing as their chai tea latte are the best best best. I tried their churro donut for the first time. It wasn’t my favorite but it was ok. The cashier was amazing and very helpful. Lovely young chap!

Drive thru service is slow. How about a smile and thank you when we come by? I know it’s early and you are throwing food out a window, but a smile with it and some cheer might be nice once in a whileHere you go is not a thank you.

I will no longer be a returning customer. I ordered on the app and when I arrived to the window for pick up, they told me that the wrap I chose was frozen and not available I asked if they could just give me a refund to which they said I had to do it on the app. So I asked if they could help me with it and they said they didn't know how then to call the customer service line and get it resolved. Prior to my next question another gentlemen came over and told the two at the window to make me go bc I was holding up the line. I asked if it was a joke but it wasn't. I asked if they could provide proof or something of the sort and they just said they'll get a call. I found this unacceptable so I asked to receive the rest of my order and switch the wrap for another and that I would get back in line to not hold things up (although I felt like they were being rude and undeserving, I was trying to be respectful). Then they looked at me puzzled bc they didn't know I had more on my order. i told them what I had and they had to ask 2 others to confirm. I don't know of the team there is just rude or rude and overwhelmed. I had a newborn in my backseat and was just trying to get a quick bite and a break while he was finally asleep which turned out to be a major waste of time, money, and added stress. They were not apologetic nor thankful for my understanding.

Lately the service is terrible in this store,I always ordering ahead online 10 minutes before I arrive and when I come in to store I have to wait more time then some times people walk in places order and left and I’m still waiting and no body caresI’m trying to go different store sometimes

Staff are Always cordial, helpful and a pleasure to purchase from! Young lady waiting on me smiled and went out of her way to wrap my sweet roll and add just enough cream for my coffee! Excellent experience!

My wife and I (used to) come through this drive through all the time because we live right around the corner. Today, the manager decided to yell at me through the drive through window because my card declined and I didn’t have any other way to pay. I understand it was a waste of food, and I should have checked if I had money before I came through. For that I apologize, and also already did apologize to you all. But I didn’t deserve to be treated like I was a jerk for making a mistake. I wonder how much food you are required by corporate policy to throw out at the end of the day. Who do you yell at then?

1030.....No Boston Cream Donuts.They should change their name to Dunkin Coffee. Good luck on the donuts.I can begin to count the times I've been in trying to get a couple of dozen donuts for my employees.Shut it down.

Great friendly customer service at this Dunkin on University this morning. Although I went through the drive through, it was nice to hear a friendly voice as I placed my order and smiling faces as I pulled up to the window. Honestly it was quite surprising. People showing up for work and being happy to be there! Thank you guys.I think my cashier was Joel, who was very patient with my ordering and both gentleman at the window were friendly. Coffee was best I’ve had in a while from a Dunkin and donuts were a great variety.This maybe my new regular Dunkin!

This review isn’t as much about the dunkin as it is the customer service. There is a worker named David at this location that is amazing. Every time I show up without fail he is there to help out. Always nice. Always asking if everything’s alright with the order. Just an all around great person. So if you get the pleasure of getting your food from David just know you’re in good hands. The store is also very clean and well organized. The staff is very willing to help out with customizations on drinks. A great Dunkin for sure go if you live in the University area.

I've been a regular at this Dunkin' near my home, primarily for their lattes, but it's been a bit frustrating. The espresso machine seems to be down more often than not. Today, when I dropped in at around 7pm, I was told that they have to clean the espresso machine every 4 hours. I understand the importance of cleanliness, but it's a bit disappointing to make the trip only to find the machine out of service. It would be great if they could find a way to maintain the espresso machine without inconveniencing customers who rely on their coffee fix.

This dunkin must be under new management- they were the best one in the area by far and about 3 months ago, it has been a disaster ever since. The gentleman who seems to be in charge is super rude- I've gotten my coffee wrong (caramel latte) the last 3 times, and I just sat in line of 2 people for 10 minutes because no one was taking order in the drive-through. Last time I went, they separated my food and coffee so I had to get my credit card back out to pay for my food item.. I am super bummed because it's so close to where I live and I really enjoyed it before.
