It's an airport kiosk. Expensive everything. Boring. Not well stocked, missing a lot of items. Just sort of handy before you get on the plane.

We were serving in disaster service and I had gone to get donuts and muffins for the team. There were few places open. I ended up at Dunkin frozen donuts shop. Not ever my favorite. The young girl behind the counter seemed overwhelmed that I had ordered so many donuts. I ask to have all of the muffins and when she pulled the tray off the rack it fell on the floor. It went downhill from there. I order almost $100.00 worth of donuts and the remaining muffins and handed her 2 $50 bills. She stated rhat she wasn’t able to accept $50 bills. She had to call the manager (who wasn’t in the store) for permission. Totally unacceptable service and policies. She ended up taking my money. The last money I will ever spend at any Dunkin Frozen dunked!

I know that Dunkin has a little kiosk next to the airport gates, but I wish their full service location was inside the security checkpoint by the gates instead of being outside the security checkpoint away from the gates. Twice when I wanted to get a cup of Dunkin coffee at the little kiosk by the gates, it was not being run by anybody.

NEED A TWEEKING IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT. THEY TOTALLY LACK IN FRIENDLY STAFFING.

On March 24th 2024 at 7PM, my daughter and I arrived to pick up my husband from the Sarasota Fl airport. We arrived a little early and decided to go upstairs to get coffee at the Dunkin’ Donuts. When approaching the register, we noticed the gentleman not making eye contact or asking how could he help us. He was on autopilot. I asked him how was his day and he responded… “okay”looking down. I proceeded by ordering two coffees with cream. As he was preparing our coffee I asked him what time does he get off. He replied, I’m supposed to get off at 8 o’clock and I hope my replacement arrives because I am so sick with the stomach bug and throwing up. I asked wow and here you are working and making our coffee.I asked him why was he not at home and he responded sadly saying… “because management doesn’t care,” even if you have Covid or vomiting they want you here.With that said, I’m putting this public because whoever this Manger is, the one star and review is for you, not for the gentleman that was pushing through his shift sick. Corporate if you are seeing this, you either need to send this manager back to leadership training or fire them.Everything rises and falls on you dear Manager at the end of the day.I could be upset that he made my coffee sick and how I wasted $10 dollars but I’m upset at the person that made him come in sick.I walked away, we both threw our coffee in the trash and went to the bathroom and washed our hands.I end this review with how 80% of American workers are miserable on their jobs. Good workers leave not because they hate the job itself but because of poor management!!

Dunkin was doing checkout for adjacent gulf coast express. Bad enough that 2 small sandwiches of marginal quality are 27+ dollars. Woman st the checkout “ kd” was rude to the customers. I could see why she didnt want her name on the tag. One lady asked for water. Told her to go to the adjacent stand but she would have to go to end of line which was long. No excuse for that attitude. SRQ is a great airport but the vendors and selection us dismal

Use to come for coffee while I wait for my mom flight to depart. Always before 8am. There is a rude lady taking care of the customer service before going to the security gate. She is always rude, has a bad attitude with clients, and never ever smiles. Today we ask for 2 lattes: one hot and the other less hot, when pick up the lattes my cousin asked which one is the less hot she said "both are the same". Si she gave us two cold lattes.While ordering and looking at the breakfast menu, she said, "Just coffee and donuts; breakfast will take a lot." I asked when would be ready... "she said I don't know but a lot." it was 6.45am. I didn't see any specific hours for the breakfast. It is the most disgusting attitude in the customer service counter I've ever seen.It seems like she doesn't like anyone bothering her with orders of coffee. She tells the people to go after the security gate kiosk better.It was the 4th time in 2 years that this rude lady took care of my orders, and I was always disappointed, but today was the worst.

It simply pains me to see long queues early in the morning waiting for coffee and donuts! For a pop up stand at an airport, I am curious why Dunkin’ doesn’t just simplify their process by offering self service coffee (just like Wawa’s model). Just pay for the takeaway cups and let your customers do their own coffee the way they like it. Just a thought….
