Ordered a FV coffee & cinnamon raisin bagels toasted twice w/ cream cheese. Received a regular coffee and a bagel barely warmed up. Even verified at the window that my order was correct after initially receiving the order of the person behind me!!! Went in to return it to return it to get my money back and the worker was dirty & handelong the food w/o gloves.

Went through drive through after 2pm for 4 iced coffee's expecting the 2 for 1 price but when I asked the guy at the drive through his response was snotty and rude "We don't honor that". Very rude staff that needs some training in customer service.
Absolutely amazing service. Celsi went above and beyond for my daughter’s bday and made her a special drink !! It was more than I could ever ask for and definitely made this day even more special for my 10 yr old

Very unhappy with the way my Boston cream chocolate frosted donut was put in the bottom of the bag upside down and the 2 other donuts thrown on top. I just got out of surgery and I couldn't come back and my husband is too nice. My coffee wasn't as sweet as I asked neither. I think someone needs to retraine your pups at this place. If you don't want to do a good job. Stay home. You are in a service job.

Staff members were great and very friendly. Disappointed in the quality of doughnuts. I was excited to try Dunkin again after a few years of avoiding them. Not to my surprise the quality of doughnuts again wasn't all that great. Will not be going back. I think I'm more of a Krispy Kreme person as their quality is always top notch even if you pick them up from RaceTrack
