Everything would be perfect if they could figure out how to get the donut in the bag right side up. I go to this Dunkin at least twice a week, every time I choose to get a Boston kreme it comes like this.

Just ordered thru the drive thru! Near excellent - hash browns and sweet papper bacon croissant w/ eggs & bacon!!! Food warm, but not hot - still very good!!! Thank you!!!!!!

I went in to order coffee and the associates was help someone with WiFi issues on their phone. This was ok but my issue is there were two other associates stand around in the back watching and drinking their drinks. No one in the drive thru. So instead of one of them offering to assist me they decided to let me wait and wait. So I just left.
Port charlotte drive thru is very .eased up. On wrong side of bldg.

Terrible service if you want to come in an order or to see what's available. Three people told me they'd be right over. All 3 were addressing the drive thru window and said that was their first priority. I waited over 15 mins to get 4 donuts and by than there were 4 others in line. Not good and I'm a very patient person.

Today started out a bit stressful. I made an appt to get some tires at 8a.m. online with local place. When I arrived at 8, I was told the "tire guys" didn't arrive until 9...ugh...Not the best way to start my birthday. I promptly went to my local Dunkin for a yummy pumpkin iced latte. It was so yummy and the customer service was so kind. And to top it off after explaining my.morning dilemma, the Mgr gave me a donut for my bday. Thanks DD! You're the best!!

Went here to pay $47 for three dozen donuts that were plain glazed, dried out facing bottom up in the box each box was covered in sugary residue from people getting donut stuff all over the boxes couldn't handle the boxes. Nobody would eat the donuts because they were tasting like three or four day-old donuts don't go here.
Always friendly staff here can't recommend enough
