I entered this Dunkin at 11:46am on a Wednesday and I was the only customer in the store. I was greeted at the counter by two employees. I ordered a $3 promo drink. The younger girl immediately started making the drink. But the older lady tried to charge me $7 and argue that the promotion was over. I tried showing her my phone with the promotion already queued but she argued with me. Another customer came into the restaurant and she continued to try to school me, implying I was trying to get something free/cheap. I was humiliated. Finally the manager came to the counter and fixed the transaction. But then the same older lady was instructed to make my breakfast sandwich. When she handed me my “sandwich” she had completely forgotten to assemble it. The bacon, Swiss and top piece of toast were all missing. Seriously, disappointed. The manager tried to help for a couple minutes but store responsibilities took him away from satisfactory customer service, and an opportunity to coach his employees. I guess I’ll just take the L on this one and never returned to this location!!😡

Had gotten my decaf latte at a different location, didn’t sip it until after leaving. It was made horrible. So i came to this location to have it re-made. The first lady who was very nice with me was talking & another employee named tiffany rudely interrupted her saying “no, we cant re make it, you gotta go to the other location”. So i left. Soon after the first nice lady came out after me signalling me to come back, so i did. She said the manager said to re make it. And she apologised for the situation & for other worker behavior. While i waited for her to make my latte, the rude lady tiffany was making someone else coffee and looked over staring at me with a very mean stare at me . And she was mumbling something. And when i left the nice lady gave me my latte and was very pleasant.

Had wonderful and friendly service from this location today! They made an amazing frozen pumpkin spice coffee with a generous portion of whip cream on top!!! We had a nice laugh. It was refreshing!

I recently visited the Dunkin’ store located at the location and was extremely disappointed with the behavior of the staff (Lady). Firstly, I waited for the staff for some time and had to call them to be served. When a staff member finally arrived, she displayed a dismissive attitude and left the till for another person (boy) to complete the transaction. In the end, she carelessly dropped my sandwiches without any consideration. The only boy who finished our transaction was helpful. I understand that sometimes things happen: busy times with customers or delivery, but to greet customers nicely is the face of a Company.

I marked this dunks off my list. The manager was horrible. She ignored the line of customers but reprimanded a new employee in front of everyone and made it be known how funny it was that she was logged into a different store. After standing in the front of the line for 5 minutes I left and told the other good luck. I won't be back.
