Walked in to pick up a doordash order. One guy in the establishment sitting at a table and nobody behind the counter.Stood at the pick up spot for 5 min, eventually the guy that was sitting comes up and asks if I'm picking up the doordash and starts making the order.He mentioned he isn't even on the clock yet, a few minutes later that their employees came back from their smoke break.

I have given the rude older dude working at the drive through window the benefit of the doubt multiple times thinking maybe he’s not trying to be rude or maybe he’s having a bad day but this one caps it when i find out he is rude to my girl too. Management should send that man to a class to learn some patience and manners.

I believe someone needs to tell their employees the computer is there for a reason. If you can’t do simple math in your head that’s exactly what that calculator on the computer is for. Use itAs much as I like Dunkin’ please think twice before wasting your money I have never gotten a warm item or an item for that matter correct. I even want to tip you and can’t.

Was supposedly under new management and it has gone even farther down hill. Snakin bacon is always raw and gross, orders are wrong and coffee comes out drowned in everything but the coffee. Ridiculous considering 2 coffees and a bagel is almost 20 dollars now.

Offensive music blasting from the back as soon as you walk in, can hear it through the whole building. Ordered donuts and they came with little flies stuck to the frosting. Tables and booths filthy.

When you pull in to drive thru, you will see big holes … That can damage your tires big time.Manager always in bad mood, you can even see when he talks to employees and the employees faces of frustration every time. No wonder why there are new employees every month. Also now I know why the food is bad . Because employees are tired of the treatment.I would go every day but now I will find somewhere else for my coffee and sandwiches . Just not worth damage my tires, so expensive $$$1- ⭐️

The cashier was very nice but the coffee was terrible. They don’t offer sugar in the raw and the creamer was the little capsules. I didn’t even bother with a refund.
