“I work in the plaza of this location and I must say the service and food is impeccable . I recommend fire subs to all my friends and family cause I truly believe they are the best sub shop by far! But this location specifically is the one you really wanna go to out of all in Sarasota. The employees here really take pride in their work and it shows in their attitude demeanor and their willingness to go above and beyond to satisfy and ensure a retuning customer. First off the manager Parth is always so kind and smiling the second he sees myself or anyone really. Not to mention that Johnson is always cleaning or prepping shelves or doing something to make sure everything is on point. Also Astrid is a wonderful ball of joy and always makes sure before I leave that I got everything I needed including extra sauce and napkins. I'm telling you they go the extra mile here!
