We waited two minutes for a table for what was a fairly full restaurant (not bad). Server came to table after about waiting 5 minutes (we didn’t see one server on the floor) to take order. We gave food and drink order and he stated he’d put in the food first and then bring out drinks. It seemed like the manager came from the kitchen and then a flood of servers after another 5 minutes. Our server came out with food for another table; no biggie because I’d rather him bringing hot food to someone. The he disappeared and came back out to clear tables: not bringing our drinks. I stood up and told him to cancel our order as we hadn’t been brought anything yet… he seemed surprised. As a customer, bring out hot food, then drinks THEN clean tables but that’s just me! A NO GO in my book.

I’ve been a long time fan of First Watch. I “discovered” my very first one back in 2017 in one of my trips to Orlando. Since then, First Watch has become a must do for breakfast everywhere we go! The Sarasota one is to me one of the top! Amazing service, very friendly and always happy to help. The food super fresh and delicious. If you happen to be in downtown Sarasota, I guarantee you’ll have an amazing time here.

Great healthy food restaurant.5 mins walk away from our hotel.The food is wonderful and healthy. I had the Egg Florentine with Home Fries; it was delicious! Amazing fresh squeezed Orange Juice and many delicious juice mix options!Only thing is we had to wait a good 20 minutes for our table then again it was perfectly okay because we were 18 of us.We all found the food to be exceptional!! We all raves about the quality of our meals. The service was great. The servers were friendly and attentive to our needs!Highly recommended!Vegetarian options: Many itemsDietary restrictions: Upon request if availableKid-friendliness: If your child isn’t a picky eater!

I'm thrilled there isn't one of these close to where I live becasue I'd be there all the time for breakfast. Everyone in my party loved their meals. Service was great and friendly. Definitely give them a try.
