This used to be a Jimmy John’s for the longest time. I hope this place stays even longer than the Jimmy John’s, was having a bad day and the nice staff and good donuts really made a difference today.

Excellent donuts, but DO NOT stop by within the first hour they are open. The customer service at this location recently has been so unfortunate. This morning (January 30th, 2026) we arrived to pick up a box of pastries. The employee on duty was loudly taking a personal call, and refused to acknowledge us in any way. Not even eye contact or a gesture to say “one minute!”
We stood there awkwardly waiting for her to finish, as she spoke of things we were not meant to hear. (Finances, payments, bills, etc). Only after concluding her call did she grudgingly acknowledge us, but it was with a bad attitude. She was immediately snappy, offered no greeting, apology or explanation, and rushed through our order. By the time she finally spoke to us (rudely no less), I was ready to walk out due to time constraints. I didn’t appreciate the lack of professionalism from a place I frequent often and enjoy eating at.
Sadly, it’ll be back to Gold Star Donuts for us until the customer service team can improve on this. The donuts are great, but not good enough to wait 10 minutes for such poor treatment from staff.

Dry donuts and terrible coffee. Ordered a mocha latte and couldn't believe they had the audacity to call it that. It didn't even taste like bad coffee, it tasted like dirty water and wasn't sure why it was giving a gray color.

Someone from work this morning brought in some donuts from Five-O. It appears to be moldy on the bottom. I could be wrong. And if it's not mold, it looks like cross-contamination from wherever the donuts were sitting during production.

We were sad when Siesta Row location was closed. We ventured out to Ringling location but that location could use a little love and attention. The counters were sticky, my napkin stuck to it, floors dirty and window sills were dirt covered. Server was not too friendly when we arrived but she did warm up a bit. Miss Melique at the old location . Always warm and welcoming.

Great service, and super friendly every time! They have a great selection of donuts available. You HAVE to try their cronuts; they're flaky, perfectly iced, and come in a fun square shape! Prices are very reasonable for what you're getting, because the donuts are big — especially the filled ones!
OMG!!! These donuts are amazing. I feel like a crackhead when I go to the store looking at all those donuts knowing I can’t eat them all yet I still buy three and eat them all by myself!! I feel guilty and not guilty enough because I go back the next day and by three more!! 😆 Seriously, very delicious donuts and very friendly atmosphere. In fact I have the review. I’m going back to get three more donuts. 🍩

Previously went to the 3800 S. Tamiami Trail on vacation to Siesta Key and really enjoyed it. That location is now closed, so I went to the downtown location at Ringling, which is a 20 min drive. As you can see in the photo, the doughnuts we got were extremely dry with almost no glaze. I called to see if they were day old doughnuts they sold to me, and they swore they were fresh. So, the picture shows their guaranteed fresh doughnut that tasted like a day old Walmart doughnut. I will not be returning.

Amazing!! I ordered a donut cake and it was SO DELICIOUS, everyone loved it. The staff in the store was also super friendly. The donuts sold in stores are very yummy too. Would highly recommend!
