Hands down, the best key lime pie in the state! My SWFL family has been going to the Keys at least once a year for the past 40 years & we've tried countless different key lime pies from Sarasota to Key West in search of the best one. There are some great pies in the Keys, but still none of them top Flo's in Sarasota. Her pies are just next level! We love it so much that we buy a key lime pie from Flo's and take it to the keys every year ? The whole family looks forward to it. Every layer of this pie is so good on its own - the key limey whipped cream, the perfectly sweet/tart filling, & the homemade graham cracker crust - but all together, it's to die for. I would buy barrels of each individual layer if I could, and just die happy in a key lime coma. It really is the best pie in the state, plus there are a ton of other pies & truffles & desserts she offers. I highly recommend checking out Flo's!

I have discovered this jem of a pie bakery about 6 years ago. Whenever I have visitors from out of state, I buy the Keylime pie to treat them to something unique and delicious. This is not your Publix, or even Detwiler’s Keylime pie. It’s absolutely the best( Better than the one on Key West that claims it is the best). It’s not overly sweet and has nice touch of tartness on top and the crust is lovely and all the flavors just go so well altogether. It’s not cheap, but it is worth it. I highly recommend it.
