I visited this store with my girlfriend because she saw the “key lime pie” sign on 41. We turned around and got it and it was very good (one of the slices was frozen but when it thawed it was good). We also had the key lime truffles and they were WAAY too sweet. However, the key lime pie was so good my girlfriend went back and got some. The first time we went, the girl said she could cut it into 6 or 8 if we bought an entire pie. When my girlfriend requested it to be cut, she said that she wasn’t able to. We’re confused why that was. For a $30 pie, requesting to get it sliced doesn’t seem like a big ask. It was also frozen.

One of the best kept secrets of Sarasota. The owner is amazing and has so much passion for what she does. The cutest cleanest little bakery you will ever see. As soon as you walk in. You are hit with the smell of all the made from scratch sweet treats. If the local restaurants were smart. They would be buying and selling these sweet treats. Thank you for our amazing items. 🎂🍰🥡

Not a big Sweets guy but wife and kids wanted to stop in this local place and let me tell you, the aroma of the shop immediately made my sweet tooth kick in. The Key Lime pie was DELICIOUS! Also tried my kids cookies and you can tell they are fresh and made with care. The Cherry on Top was they deliver locally, you guys at Flo’s have won us over!

5 stars – The best key lime pie I’ve ever had!
I can’t say enough good things about Flo’s Bakery—especially their key lime pie. I’d heard a few locals mention it, so I finally stopped by while in Sarasota, and wow… it completely lived up to the hype.
The pie is the perfect balance of tart and sweet, with a super creamy filling and a buttery graham cracker crust that’s just the right amount of crisp. You can tell it’s made from scratch with real key lime juice—none of that artificial stuff. I’ve had key lime pie all over Florida, and this one is hands-down the best.
I also picked up a few mini pies to take home, and they didn’t even make it through the day—my family devoured them. The staff was really friendly and even gave me a tip to try their frozen key lime pie during the summer (which I definitely will next time).
If you’re a key lime pie fan—or even if you’re not—do yourself a favor and try it. Flo’s is a little gem, and this pie alone is worth the visit.

I can’t believe I live down the street from this place!! BEST KEY LIME PIE I have ever had. Nice thin layer of crust, with a light, creamy and fresh filling. A must go to spot if you from the area or just visiting!

My mom picked up a key lime pie from Flo's and brought it home. This is absolutely the best key lime pie I have ever had. The graham cracker crust is incredible.

I ordered a chocolate sour cream cake for $37.50 expecting something pretty good but was very disappointed. Don't let the picture up top fool you... mine looked nothing like that. It was like there was no icing. My 5 year old wouldn't even eat it which says a lot. To make it worse, it was frozen and definitely not fresh. What a waste of money.
