Perfect brunch spot for a relatively new/ growing area. Clean and cutely decorated. Food was delicious, lots of different options.

The staff behind the bar is very unprofessional. The lady with the tattoos and wearing a mask stood at the bar for 25 minutes straight us about her personal drama. She told us about her deviated septum, tax problems, housing issues with their neighbors’ dog, and much more. She didn’t help retrieve any orders or assisted with anyone at the bar; she just gossiped with us for 25min straight. Even when we were eating she wouldt leave. We don’t come here to hear the staffs drama. Very unprofessional. But the food was great.

We loved every forkful! Arrived at around 11 AM on Sunday waited about 25 minutes, staff is super cool and fun to hang out with. Our server was absolutely amazing and when we found out she was an elementary school teacher as well we loved her even more. So patient, kind & genuinely took care of us. The food arrived quickly, it was hot and I can honestly say they were the best scrambled eggs I have had in 20 years!! The pancakes were light and fluffy & the fruit was fresh. The fresh squeezed orange juice is absolutely amazing and has no pulp at all. The farmers market was right outside our door after brunch so we scrolled around talking and each one of us enjoyed our meal so much and especially the service in which it was delivered. We will definitely be back. Thanks Forked ?

The food is always good but the service is terrible, long wait time before food is served but when it does come the food temperature is nice and warm/hot. If you are with young kids wait time is terrible. Many of my friend’s feel the same. Hope they take notice and improve their service and wait time.

My wife and i had the good fortune of trying out Forked for lunch today . it is a well-designed restaurant very comfortable. We had the polo club chicken sandwich. It was warm and delicious. with the best sweet potato fries, I have ever eaten. Period. My wife had the siesta key salad. The sandwich was big enough to share so we took that home and had it for dinner. Again delicious. We can’t wait to go back for the rest of the options and I have to say the pancakes look amazing.. Sara was our waitress, and she was a delight. What a good find.

Went on a Sunday, very busy which was to be expected. I did call ahead and got our group on the list and it was a 40 min wait. We did get seated at 45 mins. Ordered two spicy bloody Mary’s which were delicious but also $16 a piece ?. Coffee was a bit bitter and I thought overpriced at $4 a cup. I ordered the Chicken Tamales by recommendation from the server and while they were good I felt they lacked a bit or flavor. I had wanted some hot sauce and since our waitress didn’t come back for a while after we got our food, I did just get up and go get it myself. Another person in our party ordered the spinach egg Benedict which was good but could’ve used more flavor as well and the English muffin was really thick and more biscuit like. We also got the loaded tater tots which were very good and huge. The view was nice as we sat outside and got to people watch during the market. Bill ended up being $150 after tip for 3 meals, tater tots, orange juice, two coffees and two bloody Mary’s. The 4 start rating was due to the atmosphere and the flavor of the Bloody Mary. Without that I would say 3 stars

I just paid $65 for breakfast for 2.I don’t usually write reviews, maybe just on the very high end or low end. Unfortunately this wasn’t good.We visited Forked in LWR Waterside on a Monday morning. The restaurant wasn’t crowded at all. That should have been a clue for us.The space and the environment were nice enough. Clean. Good morning light, etc.At first glance of the menu my initial reaction was “this place is pricey”! I guess I should’ve expected this since the location was in an upscale, Main Street area. The service was okay. Somewhat indifferent. They weren’t bad, but certainly weren’t welcoming or glad that you were at their restaurant. Does anyone smile anymore?I settled on Coffee and Avacado Toast $16, and asked to sub the eggs for hash browns. Initially the answer was yes. But then I asked for the Denver style Hash Browns and it just turned into a $9 up-charge. Eggs as a side were $6 so I’m not sure how that math worked out. My step-mom ordered the eggs Benedict and cappuccino. The coffee $4 was good and hot. The avacado toast was very disappointing. Chewy bread. Plain bread from the grocery store, nothing to warrant the $16 price tag. The avacodo was a spread, not really avacado. And it barely even covered the toast. I’m not sure how you mess up a fruit cup, but they pulled it off. The cantaloupe still had the green rhine on every piece. Not just a little. But the entire side was covered! The $9 Denver hash browns were an enigma of fine cuisine. Rock hard crunchy on one side, with undercooked barely warm on the other. My guess is they came straight from the freezer. Overall undercooked, but I choked it down not wanting to waste my $9.My step mom’s breakfast wasn’t much better. Bland cappuccino $6, probably a pre-mix. Bland eggs Benedict $15. And the same poorly cut fruit, with the addition of some pineapple pieces that still had bits of the core attached.Overall when you’re in LWR at Waterside your thinking to yourself; new, different, interesting, trendy, quality food… Forked didn’t live up to any of this. The whole experience was on par with the Waffle House.I get it with food inflation and labor shortages, service industry pay standards, etc. It’s tough for the small business and the workers. I’m typically pretty sensitive to this having worked in retail for almost 30 years. However, bad is bad.The king of breakfast in our area is First Watch. I’m kicking myself for straying from them in this instance. Do yourself a favor, no need to wonder about Forked, just go to FW.p.s. I live about 10 minutes from Forked. Let’s just say… it was a photo finish.p.s.s. The first tip option is 20%. Indifferent service, bad food, poorly cooked and prepared food, expensive… And then give me more money to seal the deal on this bad experience.

We recently visited Forked for Sunday brunch. Upon arrival, we experienced a short wait before being seated, which was understandable given the popularity of the place. Unfortunately, we encountered a significant delay in receiving our food, with a wait time of about 45 minutes. It appeared to be a particularly busy day, which might explain the delay. However, when our food did arrive, it was a bit cold, suggesting it might have been ready for some time before it actually reached our table. Despite this issue, it’s worth noting that the quality of the food, when temperature is set aside, was decent.

Forked at Waterside- I went with my husband for the first time for breakfast. Amazing menu, too many amazing things to decide on. I went with the breakfast Baja burrito. So so so good.Ashley was our waitress... She is not only attentive, but timely, precise, and super engaging. We will definitely come back to see Ashley and sample out more of the amazing dishes on the menu.Stop by if you want a beautiful atmosphere and ridiculously good menu. T. O'Connor

All Forked at Waterfront has going for them is location. If this place had any real competition they’d be closed; customer service is lacking.Nothing special about the food, you can buy it anywhere.
