Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Freddy's double cheese without their special salt. Fries the same, food is piping hot cooked to order, cheese actually tastes like cheese and char on smash burger is delicious. Huge burger share with best friend...perfect lunch.

Went through the drive through Sunday night. We ordered two bacon cheese doubles. Instead of two burger patties as advertised, we got one huge patty the size of a sandwich plate and a teeny tiny bun. The patty hung nearly an inch and a half outside the bun all the way around making it impossible to pick up and take a bite and the staff in the kitchen was laughing and horsing around so loudly it could be heard through the window. Fortunately, the food was hot and tasty regardless.

I ordered two lettuce wrapped burgers as a mobile order. It said it would be ready in 9-14 minutes. I waited 20 and then proceeded to go inside to pick it up. As soon as I walk in, I hear the manager say she needs two pepperjack lettuce wrapped (that’s mine). The kid at the front counter told me I would be waiting a while because their mobile ordering messed up, I said ok no problem. At this point, I’m waiting for another 20 minutes when the kid at the front counter comes over to me and says “we’re not doing mobile orders right now so I can refund you”. At this point I’m waiting 40 minutes for 2 burgers I already paid for. He told me he would have to refund me and I would have to order and pay again inside if I wanted my food. By this point people who came in way after me and ordered inside were getting their food. I said ok. Front kid goes to the manager and says I need a refund and she rudely tells him I’m going to have to wait. I wait some more before going up to the kid again and said can you ask your manager what is going on, he says I already tried. I said GO GET HER PLEASE. She comes over and I tell her I just worked 11 hours and just want the food I paid for that I’ve been waiting almost an hour for. She then says “yeah well I have 3 kids and work 12 hours and walks away”. She immediately then starts making my burgers and doesn’t add the bacon or onion I paid extra for nor the tomatoes. I WILL NEVER BE BACK. What a poor excuse of management.

Absolutely disappointed yet again. Placed a mobile order for pick up , said it would be ready between 10-20 minutes so I waited till then to pick up and proceeded to have to wait an extra almost 15 minutes for one concrete and one milkshake. By the time I waited my 45 minutes after being promised it’d be ready in 20 max, my food was all cold and soggy. This is the second time this has happened w a mobile order and safe to say I’d rather not order from this location again. I’ll take the drive to the sister location on 70.

Since when do fast food restaurants close early? Your hours are until 11...not 1045! There are 2 cars before me in the drive thru and the kitchen help steps out and says they are closed! That is poor customer service in a competitive market. I won't be back!

This was my first visit to a Freddy's. The hamburger and fries were tasty. Also had an Oreo blizzard-type treat.
